Great customer service and great conversation while they make my coffee, which are always good and many sugar free options.

This is a busy drive-through coffee shop. At peak times of day there is a line of cars, but they move quickly. The menu is quite extensive. You can search online so you have an idea of the choices. My new favorite is Cinnamon Spice Hot Tea. It's perfect for fall!

Consistent quality and good customer service. Coffee is flavorful and the variety of coffee and energy drinks along with milk substitutions makes Dutch Bros a must for any caffeine consumer.

Dutch Bros is a wonderful small local chain coffee shop that really takes pride in being friendly and delivering a great experience to the public. The company is very thoughtful to their employees and is great at helping to give back to their community. Thank you so much DB for all you do!

Highly disappointed in customer service. Ordered my drinks and went to pay for my drinks with cash (I guess they are only accepting cards) the guy felt bad and was going to give me my 2 drinks for free, but the girl told him not to and to throw them away. She told me “sorry, we have been doing this forever!” I told her no problem, but she is assuming I come here for coffee normally and I don’t. I never got to Dutch Bros. She basically made it look like I was trying to scam them out of coffees. How embarrassing. I will continue going to my regular coffee stand.

I often times get beverages from here because I hang out in that part of town a lot. Usually it's amazing and the staff is so kind!! but three times now i've found long hair in my drinks. It's a real bummer, because otherwise it's an amazing store.
