Dutch Bros Coffee

Dutch Bros has my favorite coffee! Most of the time, I can get a drink, and it will taste as I've always known it to. The menu fits the season and has a variety of creative drinks. I love taking my kids here for rewards of any type. I check out the menu online so I know what to order ahead of time. I also have the app, which gets me free drinks! They will normally have a pretty long line, but, even so, it goes fairly quickly and is definitely worth the wait!

Great place to go! The staff was especially helpful and kind with helping us decide what we wanted. I got the golden eagle chai and it was so good and lasted for a “sipper” like me. Definitely a favorite for a long car ride.

Teresa, Marina this is easily the best duo in tri-cities!!! These two have exceptional customer service, I was coming through the line tonight and I accidentally ordered a dairy product from the store and I told her my situation she immediately remade my drink the way I need to have it, and was very apologetic when it was not her fault. I loved the service and this needs to be management in the near future if not ASAP!! I’m not sure who is the manager at this Kennewick stand but get these girls a RAISE !!🤝🤝

Best coffee and service hands down. You can tell they love their jobs and the coffee is amazing, want a snack? Try the yummy muffin tops. 😋 If the line is long don't worry because they are super fast and worth the small wait.

I give them three stars because the drinks are pretty good and the people are great but they lack consistency, this is the second time I have been to this location and ordered the same drink but was made completely different and didn't even taste the same. Still you can't go wrong here for a coffee or drink.

They always make me feel welcome and are relatively quick. They are very good at what they do. If you like a sweeter coffee this is your place. Also the muffin tops!!! If you want more coffee flavor just ask for an extra shot 😉 only reason the atmosphere is 4* is because the music inside can be a tad loud to hear each other.

I absolutely love Dutch Bros, it is always such a great experience. They hire the best people with the best attitudes. It's almost always busy because their drinks are the BEST and the workers are even better so everyone goes there but they still somehow manage to get your drinks out really fast and do it while having a huge smile. I wish I could give them 10/5 stars because they deserve it.

The coffee that is ordered was not good. The service was not great either.

Great customer service. Ordered an americano. Cashier gave me a free redbull . The only thing is that when i opened the cup to let it cool i found a bee floating in it
