Went to the Walk up window stood there and and waited for 5 minutes and got no service

As always, Dutch Bros offers a pleasant, uplifting interchange with great staff whom always seem to have a stellar attitude while providing excellent service! Gotta love the free birthday coffee and stickers!

Delicious as always, friendly staff as always. However was really disappointed to find out after already purchasing my drink that I would not receive a stamp on my drink card, which is the primary reason I chose Dutch as opposed to other coffee shops. I understand that they're trying to decrease contact due to covid (which everyone appreciates) but there was no other system put in place to still honor that service which is sort of a signature thing for Dutch bros. They really could've stepped up their game to make the customer happy even in this no contact scenario.
