Duck Donuts

The ability to create your own donuts is interesting. Done fresh and they taste awesome. 5 stars, 2 thumbs up. I can't say enough good things. The coffee is pretty good too.

This has got to be one of the best Donut shops in the Hampton Roads area. They are all prepared fresh as you order them, so they are always warm. They also have great coffee which is a good pair for the donuts. No seating space so you will have to find somewhere to eat them but it is definitely worth the trip to pick them up.

a check over 10 minutes to get my donuts there were two people inside who had already given their order one person coming in and one person behind me in the drive thru they were hot but they were little under done. First time to use the app and they weren't open, and did give us the money back. Having a party and the employees were slow. They ran out of batter and forgot to make some. Not customer service oriented at all.

Went 3 years ago. Fast, clean, friendly, & taste good. One type of donut you pick the toppings for it. They offer great suggestions because for some it may seem overwhelming to come up with the right combination of flavors. I rank it high on the list of donut shops, better than the traditional chains you find everywhere. I still have some personal faves (local shops & in other cities) that I'd rank above for variety & flavor.

I'm dissatisfied with the time it took to make my order and they forgot about my caramel Machiato. They were not even busy but still managed to be slow and neglected to deliver my caramel machiato in a timely manner.

They are amazing, right now me and my kids are debating who gets to lick the box clean. Austin is awesome too! Duck Donuts on the Blvd! Best in VB!

Recommended by all and didn't disappoint. Lots of unique domuts that are made fresh to order. Fun to watch being made while waiting. All donuts were tasty. Can't decide on a favorite yet!

I visited duck doughnuts and apon entering i was not acknowledged i did not know where to place my order there were two registers and two workers the people in line on the left placed there order and then the cashier help prepare there order im still standing at the other register then another customer walks in and they take his order i have not been acknowledged ok everything is cool I know which line is open after the cashier prepared his order she left the counter im still standing there thats when I got upset I went to the end of the counter to see what she was doing she had picked up her cell phone i said excuse me can I place my order she did not say anything I informed her that I was there before the gentleman she had just helped she said nothing worst customer service ever 2_19_2022 629pm cashier makensie

Everyone must go here at least once!!! Their donuts are FANTASTIC! My husband and I went yesterday with the intent of just getting one donut per person: as soon as we walked in we realized that wasn't even a remote possibility. For donuts later, and we were in love! We tried the French toast donut, which I highly highly recommend! It tasted like French toast, was warm and buttery and delicious! We both thought that was our favorite! We also tried the cinnamon sugar, the peanut butter chocolate drizzle, and the marble(called the Flip Flop). All of their donuts are made to order, and so come out delicious and piping hot, and the frosting and toppings that they put on meld right into the warm donut. They are too hot to eat right away, but we muscle through anyways! They were absolutely divine! I don't know how we will ever go back to regular Donuts, because these were just on another level! If you have not had fresh cooked Donuts before, you're in for a treat! I highly recommend for anyone looking for a sweet treat and a unique experience! One side note, however, they do not have any filled Donuts, so if you are looking to get some for that person in your family who loves filled Donuts, they do not carry those in that store. We did not miss them at all, and were Overjoyed with the other options they had!

I LOVE Duck Donuts. They are tasty and quick considering they make your order fresh when you order them. Service at this location is always friendly and the store is always clean. This location even has a drive through to let you get your dobuts a little faster. However, they limit you to a half dozen donuts to keep the line moving. You can even watch your donuts get made and taking my boys to get donuts here is a neat little treat from time to time. The variety of different combinations you can put together for the toppings on your donuts is ridiculous. They have powdered sugar, maple or blueberry frosting, nuts, peanut butter or Carmel drizzle and bacon crumbles. Their donuts are even good the day after you buy them; just stick them in the microwave and heat them up for a few seconds and they still taste as good and fresh as the day before. If you like a good cake donut, give this place a try!!
