Duck Donuts

We ordered 2 dozen donuts and every donut came out as ordered. The donuts are more cake like which I really loved! While the online website offers a good variety of toppings, once we got to the store other seasonal options. Good treat!

Love how they are different than other donut shops. It's like a build your donut and for a good price.

How fast has Duck Donuts fallen. After waiting in drive thru for 5 minutes plus. Told if you want anything it will be 15-20 minutes…. Really.

Just at a loss I guess if you have 30 minutes to wait for a donut. Not me sorry.

Made an order, paid ahead, even tipped. When I got there 40 minutes later, they had no idea what I was even talking about and I had to write out my order for them to make it. Somehow they still managed to screw up the order and we are missing several donuts. I will not return to any locations of this chain.

Doughnuts really good. Extremely slow waiting on people and Acted like they didn’t want to be at work. Also only Waited on one customer at a time in between making doughnuts.

I’ve been to Duck Donuts in Rockville and it was very good. We tried to go to the one by the beach. It was closed. So, we came to this one. It was open, but, when we went inside, we were told that the were not taking orders. The shop was open, and people were inside, but they weren’t takings orders. No explanation was offered. We left and went to Okie Doughkie. Best decision ever as their donuts turned out to be so much better!

Love this place. Very friendly and the new worker was great. She made my first experience really good. Strongly recommend this place

Completely disappointed with my last visit, and I've absolutely never been disappointed with this company whatsoever. This location's menu is lacking, and the customer service was beyond dissatisfying during my last visit. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location. I highly recommend taking your business to the Norfolk outlets location instead. Hopefully those reading this have a much better experience than I did.
