Duck Donuts

When I pulled up to pick up my online order the open sign was not turned on. This was at 530 on a Saturday (they close at 7). First I attempted to go through the drive through but after 2 minutes of not being helped I went to the pickup window, no one was there. As I pulled into a space I saw ppl inside, still looked completely closed. Walked in and asked about the drive through and pickup window with no one being there and they said their headset died. Cool no problem but you should put a Thank you! Kimberly Duarte Realtor Iron Valley Real Estate HR up at the drive through. They just looked at me and shrugged their shoulders. (3 to 4 ppl not doing a thing inside).What a waste of the business owners money.

Very convenient location, and you won't find fresher donuts (unless you go to one of the other 2 Duck Donuts locations) anywhere else locally. All their donuts are made to order and hand glazed, and the donuts just melt in your mouth. They also have good coffee as well and breakfast options other than donuts, so it is a great place to drop by for to satisfy your breakfast needs on your way to work. Definitely a must try if you're visiting the Hampton Roads area.

New looking shop. Friendly staff and fresh donuts. I tried the coffee Carmel cream one. I give it a 9/10

The donuts are really good (they’re cake and made fresh). I love their variety of flavors and the seasonal assortments. The service was great when I went.

Best donuts in Virginia beach, maple bacon and French toast are my favorites, the donuts are made fresh and hot, you can even watch them making the donuts, pretty fast service, this location has a drive thru, the inside is small, no seating, but the boxes the donuts come in are perfect for eating in the car on the go lol, great for the whole family so many delicious options to satisfy everyone's craving.

Love the donuts and the variety of flavors offered! The blueberry icing was a tad too sweet, all the icing were really sticky. Trying to remove the donut from the box was a little difficult, it felt like the donut would fall apart because they were stuck the box. Besides that they are delicious!

Fun to watch the donuts be made right on front of you. My granddaughter really enjoyed it. The donuts were delicious.

Ordered half a dozen to take with us in the car.
Came for the pickup but no donuts!
They had “lost” my order.
That was my last visit to Duck Donuts!
