Duck Donuts

Our family loves Duck Donuts. However, when we walked in today to get 6 donuts, which should be a less than 10 minute event easily, we were told the wait would be at least 30 minutes. There where 4 employees working hard and only 1 other customer waiting for their order. Mobile orders and Door Dash are great, but how can the customer that walks into the store in person be given such a low priority? During the short time we were there, another couple and another family walked in, and then immediately back out after hearing the same news. The company as a whole and this individual franchise need to work to a better solution. I highly recommend Duck Donuts. But, I surely would never detour out of my way to stop at this store given the priority of work and order fulfilment.

Welp my favorite donut place is no longer my fav..So this location has always been my spot..I've moved closer so it's so convenient that it's 5 mins from my home..I pulled up Sunday morning/afternoon and they say over a 20 min wait..That sucks..So I said no thank you and pulled off..So I'm like I'll give it a go on Monday...I just wanted two glazed..Which I really needed cause it would have really cheered me up...lol..I sat at drive through for about 8 mins and kept saying hello no answer..Mind u it was only about 1ish..They don't close till 2 pm..Unfortunately I won't be getting/returning to get my fav donuts..The customer service at this location has really been terrible..I see why people don't go like they use to...Oh well!

Cute store, customer service needs work.

Same as others recently. Apparently door dash keeps them in business. Showed up at 10am, "open" sign on front door was off, saw someone at the drive through getting served. Drive around, waited several minutes, no response. Drive around to the window, and same story. If you want service, don't show up in person...

I always eat at different locations this location is my least favorite it’s also it’s like they are never ready went thru drive thru no one answered after sitting outside for 10 mins had to go inside to place order duck donuts itself is great this location just seems to have a hard time

Horrible. Every time I come to this location... it is a Mess! 30+ minute wait times. I just went there and someone said that they would be with me momentarily....that was 30 minutes ago! Still no one came back to the drive thru to check on me or get my order! Horrible customer service. I will no longer be spending my money at this location. Ridiculous!

Clean place, the donuts are great, and so r the employees!

Order in advance. They are made to order so they are nice and fresh. They are not cheap but if you are looking for a yummy freshly made cake donut this is the place for you. They also have these cute duck toys that are like collectable.

I visited the store and ordered six plain doughnuts with a full chocolate topping with plenty of coconut on top,what i received was three thin streams of chocolate and a few sprinkles of coconut on top,plus the young lady up front had a nasty attitude. I will not return to this store again.

Best donuts ever! Gotta visit this place whenever we come to town. Hope they open one up in Florida!
