Duck Donuts

Amazing donuts! Easy to get in and out if the location. Not too crowded when we went on a Saturday morning at 8.30ish. Donuts are cooked to order so nothing is fresher.

A place with understaffed, overworked employees with bad attitudes and long wait times. No donut is worth this hassle.

The donuts here taste really great. You can see them cook right in front of you. Fresh made to order. They use cake donuts which I really like.

Our friends raved about this place when we visited Virginia Beach so we figured we would try it out. We ordered a full dozen with one of everything. The service was fast and friendly and they did a good job of making them. The dough is soft and warm. However, they were a little bit too sweet for me.

As far as taste goes, the donuts are delicious. However in the past year the service has declined significantly. Often the staff is rude, unfriendly, and don’t seem to care about doing their job. As recently as this morning I tried to place an order online but the site wasn’t working. I called to place an order and the staff member told me they don’t take phone calls. I told him that the site wasn’t working and he said I would have to keep trying. So I drove up to the store and they were completely empty. When I placed my order I was #2. So the worker simply didn’t want to take my order on the phone. In a world where customer service means everything, I expect better. Today will be my last purchase. Dunkin’ is across the street.

Made to order donuts with endless flavor combos or order their top sellers it's all up to you. Maple bacon is where it's at!

I love this place. They are a bit slow since they do not have a lot of workers and everything is made to order. However, I don't mind that at all. The breakfast sandwiches and coffee are amazing and the donuts are the best! I definitely need to try some of their milkshakes...

The Donuts are always delicious. The staff is friendly. The wait time isn't too long and we'll worth the wait. If you want fresh, premium donuts cooked to order. This is the go to place.

So where do I even start..... this place is not only SOY free but is extremely aware of all the allergens used to make the donuts. As a person with an allergy to soy and peanuts. It's very pleasing to both me and my taste buds whenever I do not have to deny nor limit myself within a place because of my health concern. This is NOW my favorite and only go to donut place in the VA area. Thank you very much for you dedication to your customers.
