Great coffee, great atmosphere, friendly staff.

Update: Quality of drinks has really gone down over time while the price only keeps going up. Disappointing.

Really delicious coffees even though they don't have that many options for flavors (no seasonal flavors like pumpkin spice the times I've gone). Paid 6 dollars including tip for an unsweetened iced latte the size of my face. It was the perfect ice to latte ratio, tasted super smooth, and left a nice coffee aftertaste without the bitterness, yum. I've never had the food here so I can't say much about that but I love the aesthetic of the place too, especially their floor to ceiling window doors being opened up on these cool fall mornings. It's such a beautiful area around the store. With stone paved streets and lots of trees, I feel like I'm transported out of Richmond to somewhere else. Big main character energy.

Very friendly and comfortable environment with great espresso drinks and food. I look forward to going back!

I have had lunch here various times. Their chicken pot pie soup, turkey cranberry sandwich?, tuna melt, and unsweetened tea were pretty good. Closest place to get gluten free baked goods near MCV.

The atmosphere is its greatest asset, with the decor and choice of music.

It does seem pricier than some of the other local spots, however, they source many of their items locally so that may contribute to the cost.

The customer service was pretty good and the atmosphere was very cute. I had the yogurt parfait and paid 6 dollars for a very tiny amount of yogurt and granola. I also wasn't aware the fruit would be honeydew and cantaloupe, which unfortunately are the two fruits I don't eat. I also ordered a breve latte which ended up tasted burnt. I think they over extracted the shots of espresso which gave it a very bitter and burnt taste. I spent almost $13 dollars and really didn't feel like I got my money's worth

Wonderful atmosphere, even more wonderfuller food!! :) It's hard to find exceptional gluten free foods but Urban absolutely wins! Let's face it, you take the gluten out of baking and you get sandy awfulness... UF has gf bagles that are delightfully chewy and packed with flavor; The gf multigrain breakfast sandwich is a feast for the eyes and pallet; The cold brew coffee has none of the bitterness and a rich flavor. Husband's non gf is just as praiseworthy... Definitely add Urban Farmhouse Market to your list of places to sit, eat, sip, and enjoy!

Big bright space with good lattes, smoothies, and soups. I haven't tried any sandwiches or salads but they *look* delicious. Almost all of the staff that I have interacted with have been super friendly.

First time in Richmond and multiple people recommended. Didn't disappoint. My friend had the Tuna Curry with Gluten Free bread (she said the bread was amazing and that's hard to find with Gluten Free options) and this amazing hemp drink. I got a mimosa (it had fresh OJ it was the bomb) as well as a turkey and sesame sandwich. It was very good. The staff was also nothing short of amazing. They answered all of our questions and they even gave me advice of locations and neighborhoods since I'm moving to Richmond. Such a friendly, sweet group. Thank you guys!

Great vibe, comfortable and nice servers. Flat white coffee was great. Got the egg and ham breakfast sandwich which was like a panini and tasty. The added apple and orange slices on the side were a nice touch. No fresh baked goods.

I always liked this place, but terrible customer service on Saturday, November 13. Guy making coffee could not care less. Slow, slovenly guy. Getting everyone's drink order wrong. Pausing to chat with his buddy for a LONG time while people were waiting. Several of us with cups filled with FOAM....little coffee, hot chocolate, etc. What a waste of money. We noticed others complaining. We didn't because the line was so long. It's stuff like this that would cause the owners such embarrassment and frustration. One time experiencing this would cause patrons not to return. We will not return.
