Absolutely delicious and not crazy prices. Would recommend.

Nice, soft bagels with many specialty options.
The also have sandwiches on toast if you don't like bagels.
Dining room can be cramped.
They serve red rooster coffee here

Love their bagels but they have slowest service on the planet. Don't place an online order unless you have time to kill. It takes 40 mins for 2 egg sandwiches and unsliced bagels.

Good food, reasonable prices, nice people but terrible wait times. Have ordered online multiple times with wait times well beyond what their online app says is the prep time. Ordering algorithm desperately needs updating. Took 30 minutes to get a sandwich and bagel on a Sunday morning (20 minutes past when app said it'd be ready).

Loved it! I ordered the Chinatown sandwich, it was delicious

Welcome to Salem, Donnie D! Delicious as usual. Happy bageling!

By far the BEST bagels in the valley. They remind me alot of New York style bagels fresh from.the bakery! You can't go wrong Herr and they make it super conventional to order online and pick it up right there. (Grab and go If you will) which is helpful bc it gets pretty busy!

My favorites are their French toast, Asiago and garlic bagels!

When I arrived at the restaurant, I was greeted by a towering mountain of bagels, begging my eyes and stomach to wreak havoc on their fresh dough exterior shells.

The bustle of the kitchen staff was intensely focused on the feeding of the masses, these were the last of a dying breed of bagel artisan who cared little for the frills and delicacies of modern breakfast cuisine. These men and women were dedicated on placing hot meals into the bellies of the hungry denizens who brought with them their weary malaise from their night’s slumber.

They weren’t heroes, but they were saviors. A young man with curly hair took our order and adeptly answered a host of intrusive phone calls. He was polite, but laser-focused, for his craft was more than just bagel service, he was a bagel artisan.

When we tasted the coffee, a Pandora’s box of taste and flavor rushed to our senses. It was as if the breakfast deities had hand-selected each bean and toasted it one molecule at a time.

When inquired about the location of the half and half, our server pointed calmly to a large refrigerator. “Our half and half is given the most sacred temperature rights.”

Our order also took a long time and there were some flies. But it was pretty good overall.

Good bagels but they are REALLY inefficient. You will easily wait 15 minutes just to buy 2 bagels with nothing on them. That’s when there is hardly anyone in there. Husband waited 30 minutes the other day. Would have walked out except I was in a store next-door and we had the time to wait. We would go more often if it weren’t for the wait. Definitely need a better system. It has been this way since they opened and not a “we can’t get help” reason.
