Best cinnamon crunch bagels! You have got to try them! The friendliest staff.

Incredibly frustrating. The bagels are the best around but the staff are consistently incompetent. Better training and basic standards for customer service would take it to the next level. We ended up with exactly what we requested not to have happen, a cinnamon bagel covered in garlic.

Oh.My.Word, people!! Donnie D's has THE best bagels EVER!! They are 30 minutes from my house, but worth the drive. I go there and stock up. They have quite a nice flavor assortment, as well as different cream cheeses, and you can order bagel sandwiches. If you haven't been then, then go!

Just had a Pizza Bagel sandwich (hubs) and a Reuben (with pastrami and pumpernickel bagel) sandwich and it was FANTASTIC. Hubs enjoyed the pizza bagel, and he's a bit picky, and the Reuben was the best Reuben I've ever had. The bagel was the perfect blend of chewy and soft and the flavor wonderful. Great balance of ingredients. Definitely a treat!

Great food, great staff. Would be nice if they stayed open a little bit later.

So happy (and lucky) that Botetourt has a place like this. Always a great experience and I always leave happy. Same price bagels as the store and other places, but the taste is a million times better . I always enjoy watching the staff hard at work. In true NY fashion, the weekend line out the door tells you the place is great! Highly recommend!

The food is good but the some in the kitchen loudly bragged about being unvaccinated and staff rarely wears masks properly. If you are someone who likes to be careful or is part of an at-risk group you may want to avoid.

Delicious!!! These bagels are authentic and so so good. We got 4 to go and also tried one toasted with cream cheese. They are amazing. Definitely make a stop here for a new York style bagel.
