They do such an amazing job supplying and keeping our coffee needs stocked here at Bellacino's. They are always friendly and accommodating. There are hardly ever mistakes made, but when there is a mistake it is easily handled and done so in a polite friendly manner. I highly recommend H & C coffee especially for restaurants. They go above and beyond to make your experience great, and the coffee and tea tastes fantastic.

Love H&C Coffee/Quality Coffee Company! Delivery drivers are friendly and always check to make sure there isn't anything you would like to change or add. If you need service they get someone to you as soon as possible. Appreciate them keeping the office happy with our daily "get up and go" needs.

Greene Memorial UMC in downtown Roanoke loves the service provided to us from Quality Coffee. The service is amazing not to mention how good the coffee is. We had to stop our ordering due to COVID since we were not in the building. We are up and running and back to providing coffee to our members and guest. Was drinking some of their coffee this morning? Wow, I’ve honestly never had coffee this bad, I’m sure the people are nice but the coffee they sell is crazy bad, at least the coffee they sell in bulk through local distributions in office buildings. I’d never buy this coffee, I’d actually rather have Starbucks, and that’s saying A LOT. I’m actually drinking it right now because our office is out of good coffee. They must source super cheap and then let their coffee set in old retired taxi for 8 years because that’s what it taste like
