Beans & Brews Coffeehouse

Honestly so hit or miss with quality of drinks. I don’t get anything complicated(iced latte with occasional flavor) but out of the times I’ve ordered, only about 1/3 of the time it’s right or it’s comes out way too milky. The employees are also hit or miss. The shop itself is generally clean and put together. It’s a shame this is the only local coffee shop in this area and I wish they would have a bit more pride.

I've been going to this location for over 4 years and never had issues in the past. The last few months I've had 1 good drink. They mostly taste like ice water with a hint of coffee. And a couple times they've tasted like a chemical with ice. They can't even get a monkey milk right. Most of the girls that work there are rude and have laughed when they hear my order. I know this because they repeat it. All I do is add a flavor. Bad service and drinks. I will not go back.

Just moved here from Minneapolis a week ago and found my new coffee shop since they don't have Caribou coffee out here. The only issue we had was the service. The two female employees behind the counter we're simply not friendly at all.

I love beans and brews. I personally order the iced white mocha with extra white chocolate for my child drinks and a white café mocha (with drip coffee/not espresso) and lavender for my hot drink. They are so awesome.

Absolutely love this place. The line was almost out the door, I was the last one in line. I was ordering and out the door in 10 minutes.

I honestly love this place beans and brew in my opinion my highly suggested place to go to for great tasting coffee. They are always friendly and give great suggestions on coffee. If your lucky you can have them put something great tasting together that they believe you would like. Which I know the coffee they put together for me was the best tasting coffee I can get compared to work.

I have visited many other locations & they simply don't stack up; the quality of the drinks, the friendliness of the baristas, all of it.

I don't always buy coffees like this but my son was home from the Navy and wanted to go so we did. The employees were very patient with me in my decision making

Good drinks, I've always enjoyed the quality and the staff.
Pricewise.... well..i really wish they weren't having to compete with Starbucks pricing standards. I feel for a local place they should be able to come in quite a bit lower than Starbucks, and honestly would gain some business at the same time. But regardless I will always choose beans and brew over Starbucks.

Generic big box style shop. Toilet was broken (losing 50+ gallons/hr) and handle on the sink not working. Bathroom required a key like an urban gas station. Never seen that before in a coffee shop. Freezing A/C. Had to sit outside. 2 minutes before the staff even made eye contact. Nice staff though once they noticed us. Good coffee. Company needs to get its act together though.
