The staff were friendly and the wifi is great. We were looking for a spot to work for a couple of hours and this worked out great. The drinks, muffins and donuts were really good too.

Avoid this location. Every time i come the workers are rude, short, and blame me for their mistakes. Today i was made a drink with obviously rotten milk- was told i probably dont like the syrups and my remake was made with another bad milk- despite my change to soy. I’m not returning.

Yesterday was my first time at this location and it was horrible. The customer service was awful. The kid making my drink dropped my cup on the ground then proceeded to use it anyways. Got mine and my husband's drink wrong. One of the girls was working in slippers and the outside of the building was trashed! Garbage everywhere and the dumpster area right outside of the door was absolutely disgusting. There was more trash on the ground outside and around it then there was in the dumpster. That location is just disgusting.

Always a friendly face and always great coffee. Not sure what you want? The barista will help you choose. This is a great local coffee shop with indoor and outdoor seating. I've never had trouble finding a parking spot even when they're busy and I've never had anything but a smile and amazing coffee from this location.

I love this location, the staff is so nice and friendly and they usually always make my drink right (and I have quite a weird order!) The only suggestion I have is that the cup itself needs to be filled up a little more. Without foam, it was maybe 3/5 of the cup (with foam, maybe 4/5?). These drinks aren't cheap, and that is fine, but PLEASE give us the amount we ordered! thank you so much, keep up the good work!

Was enticed by the online menu and encouraged by the amount of people willing to wait in line. However at this location they do not serve most of the food items they showed online. I had the caramel cielo which tasted nothing like the description. The frozen mocha was just average and neither had the coffee flavor that we look for in a coffee shop. Overall we were very unimpressed by our experience.

You are so very welcome! My wife, and I come to this location frequently. The staff has always been very friendly, professional, and if something is wrong, or tastes funny they are QUICK to be willing to fix it!!!

I have been visiting and loving this location since it opened. I visit it at least once a week for my usual drink of a 32oz. Iced tan mocha with an extra shot of espresso and coconut flavoring (it delicious!). The customer service at this location is usually top notch. However, the last two times I have visited I could not have been more disappointed! The first happened two weeks ago when I noticed two new faces both young beautiful and looking so similar to each other that I thought it okay to ask if they were twins, when the young lady curtly noted that they were not related. I was taken back by her obvious offense and thought that I didn’t mean to offend but at politely grab my 4 large drinks and left. The second happened this morning. My daughters daughter I ordered our usual beverages for the fam and as we waited for our drinks to be prepared I noticed all the plants in the lobby were looking sad and wilted. So I asked if I could water them after a I had taken the liberty of checking the soil of course. It was dry more than and inch down (said the crazy plant lady). The same young lady (Tacoma) from the previous encounter again in the same rude short tone says “we water our plants everyday” so I responded “well the soil is dry and they are wilted”. She proceeded to slap our drinks on the counter noting that she had labeled one. My patience now gone as she goes to grab a carrier and I tell her we don’t need one and grab our drinks to leave my daughter who is so sweet kindly turns to her and thanks her noting the stress in the situation the young lady looking right at her as to note that she heard but could not be bothered with her words. I have tried to call the store twice to talk with a manager about my experience. No answer. I hope that someone will take the time to address this. I would rather settle for inferior coffee and have superior customer service.

I am usually really impressed with the service and quality of beans and brews but my experience today was really disappointing. We ordered a hot and iced latte and it tasted like warm and iced milk and we got both kinds. We both couldn’t even drink them it tasted so bad. We also got two bagels that were so dry they were hard to eat. Really not up to par for the quality I’m used to. We ended up dumping the coffee as it was undrinkable. So disappointing.
