So Friday morning (9/16/22) around 10 ish am, my sister in law and I stopped in here. No one said hello except the customer leaving. Um, ok no worries maybe they didnt realize we were coming in. Approach the counter. No smile, could barely hear him and he reminded us of squidward from spongebob. Ok. At least hes there i guess. She asked the guy behind the counter for lots of caffeine (we think we're a little funny lol) and he suggests some caramel thing, cool. And we get them both iced.

Not enough ice, seriously it was lukewarm. And definitely not enough caffeine. She said it best, "We'll just stick to Dutch Bros." The only good thing was the place was clean despite torn seats.

I get people have rough days, but at least try to smile and act like you don't hate everything. And if it's the company making you feel like isht, shame on them.

The female that took my order was rude. I came in she just stood there looking at me didn’t greet me or anything. I said hi she didn’t say anything back. I was asking questions she seemed completely put out to answer them. Just incredibly short and the attitude was incredibly unnecessary. A gentleman comes in after me and her disposition completely changed. Her coworker was pleasant but she could use an attitude adjustment or another job.

Good staff, clean cafe with a lot of windows.

I don't like how they have their bathrooms locked and the only way to open them is by requesting a key that is zip-tied to a large whisk. It felt like getting a hall pass in grade school, and people take them into the one stall with them, which seems really unsanitary.

Service is great and drinks are outstanding! The abundant outlets and chic atmosphere is a cherry on top. Drinks are huge! Glad I only got a medium

I LOVE their revolvers! They were out of a lot of things but we saw that everywhere we went today. It appears to be a supply issue but they had everything I came for.

I love the customer service at west valley! But when the cashier knew are order every week when we come to this place. But sometimes the frozen Mr B tastes like milk like we need good flavor so its just normal flavor. Also thank you for the community!🙂

So, I ran into patrick today. I had already experienced a little of patrick in the past. Previously getting my order wrong completely but luckily that day, competent co-workers were there to help me out. Previously, that location is out of large cups, so what they did was split my large order into two small ones and charge me for a large. Ok, fine. patrick however, couldn't understand that concept. He said he could only do a medium. I explained what had been done before and I swear he looked right through me like I wasn't there and asked, "so you want a medium?", no, two small, charge me for a large. and then he tried to charge me more instead of the large price. and then, when for the last time, I asked what I wanted, he asked again, "so you want a medium?" and starts laughing. I gave him a nice piece of my mind and left. I'm waiting to hear from the manager. Let's see how long that takes.
