Beans & Brews Coffeehouse

One of the worst locations because it's such a small and busy area. But beans and brews is our favorite coffee shop! 10/10 would recommend. They have something for everyone, just talk to the staff! We go on a nearly daily basis. Way better than Starbucks. But one complaint is they get my coffee wrong quite a bit and have to repeat my order at the window or have them remake it. They forget our extra shots a lot and it's very noticeable in color and flavor. It costs too much to be leaving that out!

Made my food wrong several time when I simply ask for no cheese on my sandwichs. When we ask for no cheese on both sandwiches and both had cheese. The gal at the window said oh we didn't know. How i ordered it that way. After pulling up to the window I was then asked for ID since my order was over $30 unless I was going to pay cash. Why in HELL do I need to provide my ID when ordering food.

Coffee drinks are great and what you would expectfrom this chain. This is mostly a drive through location with a walk up window. Very busy, so expect to wait, even at the walk up, and even if you order ahead of time on your app. Those poor employees were running around each other in such a small space trying to keep up!

I like B&B, but when you're loyal {to someone/somewhere or something}, then you are just plain L O Y A L. I am a diehard Starbucks lover......🫶🏽❤️😋☕, {Nobody does it better}!!!!!!!

Great customer service and the order came out perfect. I ordered a Medium Frozen Mr. B's with an extra shot and whipped cream

They have great barristas there. They pull great shots. They mix their drinks properly. High quality. Excellent service. We love this place. We go to the Starbucks down the street sometimes simply because the location is a little more convenient. After a series of horrible experiences, we are swearing off.

This place is a gem. We appreciate you guys. :)

Just absolutely amazing and the staff are always full of energy and quick!

B Cheesy “grilled cheese” is two slices of untoasted bread and a stack of sweaty warm (not melted) cheese. Disgusting waste of money.

A little slow but worth the wait. I love Beans & Brews!! Thank you ladies!! 😁 iced Latte with sugar free hazelnut and sugar free caramel (sugar daddy) with almond milk.

Open early which I love cause I work early. Usually super fast service. Nice people work here
