Very nice staff in the morning. Its great to have service with an upbeat mood.
Good coffee too.

Sadly not what it used to be. Took 30 minutes in the drive thru, got to the window and they told us they didn't have the ingredients for what we ordered. Even if we had gotten it we wouldn't have gone back, their prices are so high.

About every other time I come to this location I get handed the wrong drink. For it being a drive thru only besides a walkup it's super frustrating

Awesome staff, Awesome Coffee. My favorite coffee place for sure! My only wish would be that their ham and cheese crosant didn't look like it was ran over by a car and smushed. Im sure its not the staffs fault but if they can take their breakfast food to the next level, no other coffee shop would be able to compete!

We ordered a coffee at the drive up got to window paid and there were 3 girls in side she handed me the first coffee it was not right no wip cream she fixed it then she handed me the Seco d coffee and then shut get window and they left. I knocked on the window over and over. Honked my horn the two girls were gone the one at the table just ignored me. Drove around to the front and the doors were ked. I knocked on the door several times. No one would answer. Then I seen the two girls come back and knocked again and they just ignored me. So we ended up with a hot coffee instead of a frozen coffee. Worked service ever.

The lady took my 5 bucks as a tip but I gave it to her to credit my order! Sorry but you guys owe us some drinks! She never answered the phone for hours I tried calling! Don't go here they will rip you off!
How rude! May I please have a refund yet? When will the boss be in?

Love going to Beans and Brew! It never fails at any location I go to, the service is always spot-on! I absolutely love being able to sit down open my laptop or tablet I just relax for a couple hours or catch up on some work. My absolute favorite is the iced mr. B's with an extra shot of white chocolate! It's not too sweet and it's not too strong. But I'm always happy with my service and my order! I have never walked Intuit Beans and Brew and had bad service! The staff is always extremely kind and always has a smile on their face!

So today was the 3d time I've been to this location in the past couple weeks & I thought the customer service & the coffee was great every time but today the girl was so super sweet I got two Cookie monster frappes with espresso but it turned out my mom didn't really like the espresso coffee flavor so I went back & was just going to buy another one & she just made it for me & said she understood & it was ok & she was so sweet!

The iced coffee always has so many ice!!! It's way too much compared to other Beans & Brews that i go to, and the coffee doesn't have the same taste, it's not as strong or rich.
