I’m not sure if they didn’t know what I was asking for if they were completely messing with me? She made my drink 3 different times and it still wasn’t right after the 4th and 20 minutes in the drive-thru .I asked her if they had coffee cake and she told me yes & handed me a muffin and said it tasted like coffee cake?

Order frozen mocha with Carmel and chocolate drizzle added and extra shot of expresso doesn’t even taste like it, taste like it’s water down very disappointing and waste of money

Only been to this location once. But good service, coffee made quickly.

I've been to just about every beans&brews in salt lake and none come close to this one. Everyone here is super friendly, make your order correctly and it's just a great place for coffee. I've never received a wrong order from here and this place deserves 5 stars.

I drove through the other morning and was having a really really bad day and the barista working made My Iced Mrs. Bs perfectly and then was sooo kind and told me she loved my vibe, and that I was very pretty! Girl if you see this! Thanks! You made my whole year! Let's be friends!

Its really the little things that stick with us.

We go to this location all the time and there is one specific girl there I get the b&b refresher and she puts so much syrup in the drink no matter how many times I tell her very light syrup it’s just syrup and ice I can’t even taste the green tea or anything else no matter what I still always tip them good because idk if it’s just her and her bad attitude but all the other workers don’t do this it seems as if it’s only when she is working also has a bad attitude about it when I ask I love this location because it not something that happens every time I go it’s just when the same girl is working my husband is about to go get drinks and will see if it happens today I will update my rating because Saturdays are the days this always happens also she is the only one that says we can’t do light syrup in a small or medium which I don’t understand the beans and brew up up the street on like 8 the east makes them perfect I can’t understand if they’re busy and trying to get orders out but the things is they’re not but moving forward I will not take the drink and ask for it to be remade I will also get her name because of the way she speaks to me and my husband it’s like we are complicated when we order and all I ask if light syrup that’s it or last time his mr b frozen had so much espresso in it he couldn’t even drink it but we never asked for any espresso that’s the only time he has had an issue sorry had to say something will also post a pic if it’s that way again

The coffee here is just ... Not delicious. Not the hot coffee, not a cold coffee drink, not the frozen options. It's just not tasty. The workers are really nice and the service is fast but the product gets a thumbs down from me.

They close at 8. I show up at 7:02 to grab quick breakfast sandwich and head back on the road and they inform me their oven is shut off. What type of business that sells food shuts down their oven 1 hour early? I get 15 minutes before closing but an hour? Ive worked in the food industry and thats wild. I never leave reviews but please don't waste your time going there. Huge disappointment.

Coffee is great when made correctly but the customer service thru the whole company is completely crazy you ask for a manager you get an employee on a power trip you message asking for corporate to reach out you get ignored. Used t be the best in Salt Lake now it's become the worst for human interaction and oh don't bother telling them they did something wrong because according to them they can do no wrong even when you can prove it. very disappointing at who they have become. Used to be the best now the whole company not just this location stink. Fix yourself beans and brew

Love the girls that work there! And appreciated how they would put a sweet comment on my lid. Went there daily because of their coffee and customer service is outstanding. Sadly my job was changed and now I'm no longer by that location. But if I'm ever in that part of town it's well worth the trip to stop. Definitely one of the best locations! Keep up the good work girls!
