The Ideal Dairy

Don't go here for breakfast cause they have nothing fresh as I learn and try with bagel I got. McDonald's breakfast is better and to say this that means allot bc I don't like fast food restaurants. But we all like ice cream so Do go here for their nice ice cream and enjoy the many flavors! Enjoy 😋

Great place! I love their strawberry shake, it was amazing!!! The place has great breakfast and lunch options ...and of course ice cream!!! The staff is very friendly and it is better if you pay with cash

The Best! We were met at the door with the best customer service. We had a big order and they handled it with ease and with a smile on their faces. We have to drive 2 1/2 hours to come to Ideal Dairy and it is worth it every single time. You will not be disappointed! Thanks Ideal Dairy for always being your best!

Very good food. Great sandwiches and shakes. Nice atmosphere and the employees are absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend! Prices reasonable, drive through or inside dining. Very reminiscent of old fashioned dairy with swivel chairs, booths and decorations!

What happened?!? They changed the menu and food. Out of the 6 of us, NONE of us liked what we got and one of us even got sick. If it's going to stay this way, we will not be back!! I'm sad, I loved this place!

We originally looked this place up and didn't feel like a bagel sandwich and soup... but we were wrong!! We ended up here anyway and everything was amazing! We can't wait to get back here and have lunch, highly recommend!

The ice cream is delicious! I had a shake (waffle crunch with Kit Kat and a little caramel 😋) and my husband had a peach slush with some ice cream on top. We both really enjoyed it! And I was surprised at how reasonably priced it is compared to other ice cream shops I've been to. Totally worth a visit! We'll be going again some time.

I don’t do many reviews but I felt I needed to do one on this place. We drove 30 minutes to get a shake. We arrived at 8:00 pm on a Saturday and the inside seating area was closed. We waited in line for almost an hour in the drive thru. We ordered 4 shakes. When we got to the pickup window the kid working there handed me the shakes. When I asked him which was which, he said, “I don’t know, I didn’t make them”. Nothing written on them and no way to tell what they were. I asked to speak to the manager and she did offer to give us a refund. She was the only positive thing about this experience. I would highly recommend avoiding this place!

Was driving through Richfield and searched for highly rated restaurants and this one was one of the very best. I ordered a French dip and my wife ordered a turkey pesto. The French dip was super light on meat (two thin slices of roast beef) but tasted good. The turkey pesto had a very nice basil aioli but again was very light on the fixen's. It was a great atmosphere and I loved the decorations. I need to come back and try the ice cream!
