She started my burrito with a large scoop of rice as I told her I wanted a refried bean burrito. She then grabbed another large scoop of rice. Then barely a spoonful of refried beans. Hot smothered burrito. I sat inside as I was celebrating that I’d just bought a brand new home yesterday. Then paying over $10 for a tortilla full of 99% rice. Couldn’t even taste the beans. I ate half & left.
I am not a meat lover. I come to Costa Vida for your refried beans. Why not do it right? No one wants 2 heaping scoops of rice in there burritos……..not sure I’ll be a regular there

I love coming here and eating. I love all the people who work here and try and make it a good experience for everyone. Definitely a shout out to the man working the cash register today. Some men know how to deal with a woman better than others😂

You can't go wrong with Costa Vida! The smothered burritos are great, but my personal favorite is their steak tacos. The meat is always flavorful and tender. Add a little raspberry chipotle salsa, or some mango salsa and they are fantastic!

This place was a favorite takeout spot for the last few years. Tonight though I got my usual sweet pork burrito and it tasted awful. I just thought it was the sauce but it has to be the way the meat was prepped. Almost tasted like they made bbq pork instead of sweet pork.
Both my wife and mother in laws salads were awful and they couldn't even eat them.
My wife was especially disappointed because your salad was her favorite menu item and the last five times it's tasted awful and she hadn't finished it.
My father in laws steak burrito was burnt and made the whole meal taste like a burnt dish.

My wife likes the food more than I do, so we keep going. I really like the aromatherapy, yum yum.

This is by far the WORST Costa Vida I have been to in Utah which makes me said cause i love Costa Vida and go often in St. George. They were soooo skimpy on everything. I had to ask them to fill up the queso that I ordered cause they only filled it half full. And they barely put any rice or beans at the bottom of the salad like it wasn’t even a full scoop. They tried charging me for getting tortillas on the side instead of in the salad so I had to correct that. They were just rushing everyone through so fast and it wasn’t even that busy. The food tasted off and the chips for the queso were stale. Customer service was terrible and I wasn’t asking for anything crazy. I ordered 4 regular size pork salads, 1 chicken quesadillas and 1 Baja bowl which they didn’t put guacamole on, and it always comes with guacamole when I order from other costa vidas. It was just over all poor service and when I brought it back to my family they all mentioned the sauce tasting weird and the salad being super small.
Definitely not worth the $81 that I spent.

Great place! All the employees were doing their best to keep all the customers safe.
They were cleaning while we had lunch. Also I loved the new procedure of them handing the table ware, cups and lids. When I'm down there I'll be coming in for great food.

Food, very good.
Service, just like Chipotle and qdoba. Except 6 people working and only one busting a move helping get through the line of 25 peeps. VERY slow service, disorganized crew.
Needs music, and beer.

Clean, helpful staff and tasted so good. This joint will be my alternative for Chipotle for me. The best thing is: this place has an amazing view of canyon.

I had the Sweet Pork Queso burrito. The pork was too sweet for me, the Pico De Gallo was very mild.
