Food was ok. Tables were dirty like they hadn't been wiped well in a month. Nice view outside. Good AC. Nice staff. Convenient location.

This restaurant is a clean place where the food is somewhat fresh. The employees working there are polite and easy to talk to. I am giving it 4 stars because the food didn't taste super fresh. I would love to see more freshness and I would be good.

A fast burrito option similar to Chipotle. Sets itself apart by offering unique flavors and a different prep process. Yes, the freshly made tortilla is great, and the unique flavors are good, but those alone don't justify the price premium.

By far the WORST Costa Vida I've ever been to. The tables are dirty, trays smell like they've been wiped off with a dirty dish towel, the soda machine looked and smelled like it had not been cleaned since they opened, it was HORRENDOUS.

An employee was telling a customer how gross the soda machine is and laughed about it. The corn tortillas could not be cut into, let alone chewed. A customer sitting at the table next to ours had to ask for them to reheat the queso, due to it being given to them cold. My wife and I both felt nauseous within 15 minutes of eating there.

There were only about 6 people inside and employees standing around with the restaurant being in disarray.

Needless to say we will NOT be returning ever.

Great food! Another twist on the Chipotle model, but with different offerings. I loved the mango salad with cilantro lime dressing! Stop when you can. I look forward to seeing them come to SoCal.

Great food! The guy who took our order was nice, friendly and very helpful when ordering our meal. He helped me save a little money

Great food, but on a Saturday night at 7:40pm we waited for 40 minutes to get our food! Plan extra time if the line is long. It moved quite slowly. Our meal was excellent, though. Very friendly team of employees here!

There was a bug in my husbands food, honestly it looked like a black bean so poor guy almost ate it. Hasn't had an appetite all day. They were great to give us our money back, but they didnt refund the tip which I am now just noticing and that makes me a bit irritated. Wont be going back anytime soon.

Cold food !!!

The menu was confusing and the monitors were so dark it was hard to read the menu. The staff helped us understand the options. We both order burritos. The burritos were run thru an oven to melt the cheese. We expected nice steaming hot food, but no, the center was lukewarm at best. They made me a new burrito and ran it thru the oven 3 times to get it at least warm.

I imagine that business is slow and they have the warmers on the lowest setting to keep the food from drying out. Poor business practice!!

The chicken was over cooked.

The place looks nice but won’t survive unless they make changes. A franchise auditor would have a field day with these guys.
