Nice store. Employees are COVID-19 safe but none of customers are. Good food. Love Costa Vida.

The service here is always quick and efficient. I have always got exactly what I wanted. Another thing I like about this location is that they work with local businesses and offer coupons through the other businesses. And it inspires other patrons to be kind. For instance, this time I was given a coupon from another patron. This is the kind of people who eat here and I love it! Always great food!
I got a shredded beef burrito, smothered, and it was tasty. I tried it this time but I think I will go back to the better beef.

Sweet pork is amazing , very helpful staff

Friendly place with tasty food. A matter of strategy: if you want dessert, get there during normal mealtimes. Late lunch (2pm) is too late for lunch and too early for dinner dessert.

The staff was very nice, especially Greg. It was nice to see a smiling face when ordering. The sweet pork burrito was so good. One of the best I've had too.

Good food overall. Always fresh and always busy. I've never had a bad experience at this costa vida.

Great food and service as always. We are regulars at our Costa Vida back in Colorado but we are on vacation in Utah and we just stopped by for some late dinner and it was just amazing as usual. The people here are always so nice and the food comes so fast and the Sweet Pork is TO DIE FOR. The restaurant is so beautiful and interesting since they updated their look. Definitely a good place for family dinners because picky eaters will love it here and so will kids. :)

I'm from California, this place is good, but something misses. I was coming off a 7 hour drive, was looking for something beyond that fast food taste so I decided this place.

It works like Chipotle, but the menu pictures seem off. The enchilada plate looks like it's two, but maybe it's one cut in half, anyway you only get one and it pales compared to the burrito drizzled with sauce so I guess the enchilada is for newbs that don't know you should always get the burrito.

The ordering experience was choppy. Their weren't stations so much as an array of things. My experience would be, "Hey you want this?" "Yes, I do." They add that thing to my meal, and then skip down the line, but I would want things that felt unrelated to the section skipped like grilled veggies next to salsas. They gave me everything I wanted but it just felt disjointed.

Anyway I gave this a 3/5, I was driving across the country, and I was looking for something not a burger and this was a pleasant experience. Food was good, felt like I got punished for picking the enchilada. If I had picked burrito I suspect the ordering experience would have been better.

This is a really fun place to eat. Everything is fresh and super tasty. My favorite is the shrimp taco plate with the mango salsa. My husband's favorite is the sweet pork enchilada. Never had a bad experience here. So happy when they opened in Fillmore.

My sister has celiacs disease, and said she needed a gluten free option. Without asking questions, everyone went and washed their hands and changed their gloves. 15/10 best service everywhere, almost nowhere will do that or take celiacs seriously.
