Even with as many customers as they get they are pretty fast and always accurate and friendly

Unfortunately had a negative experience at this location. We did a pickup on our way home. We live an hour away so I ordered a salad with a tortilla on the side so it wouldn't get soggy. I also ordered 3 kids meals. I was shorted the salad tortilla on the side, the salad dressing, and all 3 cinnamon sugar tortillas that come with the kids meals, which is pretty much the reason we get them. Also ended up with beans in a kids meal when we requested no beans and random kids meal we didn't order. Two stars because the food we did get tasted good.

Delish and fresh. I am gluten free and they were knowledgeable! Salsa roja is very tasty. Pinto beans are full of flavor. Good service. Cute place.

Fresh and delicious. Staff was very helpful and efficient with a very crowded restaurant. Didn’t feel pressured or rushed when making selections as can be true of similar style restaurants.

I eat Costa Vida probably 2 times a week and it’s always fantastic! I’ve never had a bad experience! The employees are amazing! I’m super grateful for the amazing and fun attitudes of them! Especially Hanna and Bridget! Thanks guys! I’ll definitely be back!!

Not being familiar with the brand, wasn't sure how to order and didn't get much guidance. I wanted a veggie burrito, but pretty much just ended up with a small tortilla of beans and rice. No grilled veggies or anything like it available. The beans were soupy and salty. Pretty pricey for a small meal.

I like Costa Vida. I visit them often. But this location was very mediocre. We stopped because we were hungry, but after a long drive, we also needed to use the rest rooms. They were in great need of attention. It was just as bad as a gas station rest room. Next, the dining room was a mess. The smell from the restrooms was wandering into the eating area. Not good. Tables all over were very dirty, the floor even dirtier. After the restroom experience and the walking through the dining room, seriously we had all lost our appetite. If our experience ended there I'd unfortunately rate this location 1 star. However, we were short on time so we went ahead and ordered. The staff were friendly, the order was produced quickly and the food tasted great. Bumped up to 3 stars. Perhaps we just hit them at a bad time, like after a very busy lunch shift or something, but I can't say I'd return to this location.
