Costa Vida

Usually pretty good food. However, they are in no hurry to help you out. Ordered my food 30 minutes prior to arriving. I watched people come and go through the line before they eventually got to my order. 50+ minutes for the food i previously ordered. Ridiculous!!!

This place was good.
However the tables were a bit dirty and the chips were over cooked and salty. Only 2 staff were welcoming the rest weren’t.
My burrito was great, but I can’t say that about my friends. She got the steak burrito and most of her steak was medium rare which she didn’t know. Just be cautious!

Usually this place is good but tonight the "boss" on duty had an attitude. The rice was not done; it was still crunchy. So, we went to ask about it and the boss didn't seem to care at all. He took my friends food and through it away before he even found out what the problem was. He tried tellus that it was always like that and the lime or lime juice just made it harden. I've eaten there several times and the rice has never been crunchy. You could tell by the way his co-workers were acting around him that he (the boss on duty) was in a foul mood. I'm a bariatric patient and crunchy rice could harm my pouch. We got our money back and left. Worst experience I've had at this Costa Vida.

Jaden mainly and the staff were all helpful came in last 10 minutes ordered some tacos they understood situation and hooked me up. . I’ll definitely be back cause of the staff. Appreciate the kind service from them.

My wife and I ate lunch there few days ago the food was great as always. They always give you plenty to eat your portions are big. It's usually crowded there wasn't much seating left when we got there at 1 p.m. it was noisy but you don't go to Costa Vida for the atmosphere you go there for the food and that was good very good indeed. the floors are dirty but there was a few babies there that really made a mess which needed to be cleaned up but other than that everything was just great

I absolutely loved their new keto friendly Costa-Cado! I'm a big fan of avocado anyways so that was a no-brainer. This Costa Vida was clean and the employees were quick and friendly. I'll be going back again.

The sauces do not have correct flavors. They are much too sweet and overall it is extremely inauthentic Mexican food, but the ingredients were pretty high quality.

This was the WORST experience we have ever had at Costa Vida. When we first got there there was only a couple people in line. The service was so slow that we waited 35 minutes just to get our food. When we got to the register the man rang us up, the guy told us the total and it was more than it was suppose to be. We asked the guy before paying if that total was right because we had a coupon and should have received one of the meals for free. The guy told us he had entered it in already and so we paid. When the receipt was printed we discovered that the guy didn’t actually give us the deal and when we asked him about it he told us there was nothing he could do about it. Before leaving the register we also asked him about a cinnamon sugar tortilla we had purchased and didn’t ever get on our tray. They forgot to make it and We asked about it a few times and they still never made the cinnamon sugar tortilla which we had paid for. By the time we sat down to eat our food it was COLD, and we overpaid for food we didn’t even get. It’s safe to say we will never EVER visit this Costa Vida again.

Food is out of this world... This Restaurant is located in Utah.

The workers are friendly and get the food to you as fast as they can! The line can be a bit confusing, but otherwise the food is great. I do recommend taking casual dates here where one burrito is plenty for two ;).
