The Ideal Dairy

I live in Washington state. My dearest friend lost two loved ones. Ideal Dairy has her favorite ice cream. I called The Ideal Dairy requesting a delivery and was informed they don’t deliver. I left my number with blind hope. The next day the owner called and offered to deliver considering the circumstances, and she refused a tip. Amazing product and customer service! I hope to repay the favor some day, meet this amazing lady, and of course enjoy their ice cream.

Stopped here after the hot springs for a nice treat! They have lots of good options and the staff is so friendly. It’s been a family traditional to stop here for the punch bags!

This is my favorite place to grab lunch! They have a great variety of both hot and cold sandwiches, along with every kind of shake you can think of! They have the best broccoli and cheese soup I’ve ever had! They also have some misc items on the menu including a pretzel,teriyaki bowl, and hot dog. The inside atmosphere is great! It’s always clean and their staff is friendly. Plus they have free WiFi.

Not just ice cream. I stop in often for lunch. Soup and sandwich made to order. Specials change every day and they have a great variety. They also offer a punch card for lunch specials to get a discount when it's full. The ice cream is amazing too. My favorite is a piniacolada slush topped with soft ice cream. It's all really good though.

Best ice cream ever here! The slushies with the ice cream on top are the BEST!!! And you can't beat the price! Also my kids LOVE the punchbags! We always visit several times anytime we are visiting! Definite must!

Food was ready very quickly, which was great because we were having a late lunch and were quite hungry. I had a chicken bacon ranch panini. It was okay, tasted fine but could've done with less ranch, it was quite messy.

I had a delicious Santa FE Panini. Quite juicy, maybe a bit soggy for some, but it had a lot of flavor. I also had a scoop of Chocolate Lover ice cream, which hit the spot. I also enjoyed the atmosphere, it's very relaxed. We had plenty of space for the 8 of us.

The place was amazingly clean and the staff was very courteous. Other restaurants could take lessons on salesmanship from them. The menu was expensive. I ordered a sandwich and the cashier helped me through the process of determining the options quickly and efficiently.
I didn't try the ice cream but am told it is made at their own dairy. They also make pies, but not your typical ones. I saw sweet pickle pie and pinto beans pie, both are a must lookup on Google. One of the best diners I've been to in Utah. I would make the detour off the interstate to eat here instead of at any fast food place any day
Plus, for those who are a bit courageous, try the sweet pickle pie and pinto bean pie. I'm NOT that courageous. If you try either, please post a review!!!

There was a nice young lady saydee I think was her name but there also was a hung boy with shirt hair and a hat he was very disrespectful and rude. It spoiled my night.

I will never come here again but not because I don't want to. I was passing by and sadly will never be back. I originally planned to stop at Big Daddy's Deli, but was closed so I arrived here. The sandwich was classic: meat, cheese and veggies on bread. Not Michelin Star worthy but a well rounded meal. The true star of the show is the ice cream, with a delicious, creamy, thick milkshake. Big Daddy's: please stay closed because this place is much better than any sandwich I'll get over there.
