The Ideal Dairy

My realtor highly recommended this place and they didn't disappoint!
I tried the breakfast bagels and it was so fresh, great start of my day.
We also had the homemade biscuits and gravy which had a good portion of sausage bits and cheese.
I love sherbet and they had watermelon flavored sherbet! Naturally, I got a pint to go for tonight.
Thank you for the excellent service and clean dining area!

The Ideal Dairy has a fun, family atmosphere. The workers were all very nice, even when it got very busy. Their cream of broccoli soup was delicious, as was the rest of our food.

I'm sure there's a reason this joint was busy on a Monday afternoon, they have an extensive menu with a variety of choices. Primarily focused around ice cream and treats.

It's tough to go to a place for ice cream when your friends have a dairy allergy. It's nice that the staff went out of their way to make sure there was no dairy contamination when making my friends a drink.
Otherwise the staff was friendly, fast, and creative offering suggestions/ideas for things that weren't specifically defined on the menu.

As a trans woman I've also always had respectful and positive interactions here! Everytime.

If you want a healthier choice this is the place! Loved the food! The only suggestion is that the shakes were melted before we got them.

Fun place to take the family! Punch packs are so cool to try, the food was so yummy, and the service was pretty good. They did get a little busy, but the workers were doing an excellent job managing it and not forgetting about anyone.
The ice cream here is divine, it's a tradition for our family to stop by every time we pass through the area.

great food gourmet sandwiches and soups at reasonable prices. ice cream is out of this world tasty. was on a business trip and this was the highlight of my Stay…. ate there for lunch two days in a row. hidden gem for sure. Try the old fashion root beer!!

The Ideal Dairy never disappoints!! I would go here for lunch everyday if I could. I always get the sandwich-the taste of real ingredients is there! The restaurant is always clean and welcoming. I love the decorations with the cows. There are plenty of things for the kids to look at in the claw or coin machines. They didn’t have punch bags for a while, but I am so glad they came back. The ice cream and slushes are delicious-they even serve spumoni ice cream now, which is a rare flavor. I wish the Ideal Dairy location in Nephi would have been a success.

We stop here whenever we're in town. Great sandwiches, delicious homemade chips, and legit ice cream. This place has been here for years, and you can see why. Outdoor seating is nice when it's nice!

Being from out of town, I wasn't sure what to expect. The old notion of 'Dairy' didn't seem to fit the experience, but once I was able to actually sit down and soak it all in, I was pretty impressed by what kind of place this was.
The menu was daunting at first. Quite a selection of sandwiches, soups, and of course ice cream fill the wall over the counter. I would be surprised if you couldn't find something on the menu to satisfy your taste. I became a fan of the pulled pork after it was recommended by a very friendly young lady who took our order.
If you have a choice of where to go for lunch, or just want to grab an ice cream or shake, I highly recommend The Ideal Dairy.

Amazing!!!!! The ice cream was phenomenal. I got the Santa fe beef panini it was perfect. No downsides just pure deliciousness. Quick and hot. Definitely a must try if in the area.
