Coffee is decent. It's the customer service that I feel could use some improvements. I'm 95% sure I was overcharged. 2 drinks for $14.99, 1 of them being a child's milk and the other a basic coffee sized small? It's on me for driving off and not realizing till later but still, not cool. Even putting the same drinks in the app it came out to half that price.

Lastly, it would be nice if the employees would ask if I have a loyalty number. I forget half the time, again that's on me, but other places do and it's so nice to get those rewards. If you don't ask for a recipet your SOL for getting rewards if they didn't scan your number in the drive thru, again on me. A reminder would be nice.

Been here twice in the last month. Both times they took forever in the drive thru even though we were the only car. Our first visit they got a drink and a sandwich wrong. Second visit nothing was stirred so our chai tasted like hot water and our caramel float was straight sugar. Don’t waste your time here, just go to highpoint coffee down the street.

Didn't try any of the food. But I got some deliciously made drinks. Their Mr. B, hot or cold is for sure a MUST. I know business go in ebbs and flows but this place was very VERY busy and only 3 servers. They were good, but it was a little hard to keep their attention while being so overwhelmed. They, for sure, did nothing wrong. Please don't mistake me. I just had to repeat my order and then double-check it because they almost got me the wrong order.

It appears there’s been a major staffing change recently? This location used to be so good and consistent. The last few times I’ve come here it’s been awful. Today I ordered a mr b’s and I’m almost certain I drove away with just espresso and milk. There’s literally no sweetness or flavor!

Beans and brews is always great. Good coffee and friendly service. I do wish the employees would remind or ask if you have the app for points.

This shop has some of the friendliest baristas. It sucks that this location is excluded from the online ordering in the app. I think you would get a lot more business if ordering in the app was possible. It doesn’t rven show up on the map in the app.

Customer service is horrible. I stood inside for 5 minutes, with no other customers in the building, until any employee acknowledged me. One girl was running around like crazy getting food orders ready, while the other two chit-chatted with another employee who was visiting the location.

I asked for a half-caff, 1pump sugarfree hazelnut, plant based milk, hot latte. Got a hot latte w/ cows milk, no hazelnut. Half-caff, or not, I can't know. Was up sold an apple fritter, got a cold, stale raspberry fritter. Wasted time and money. Waited at the window while the server tallied her cash drawer, then had to wait while she made my drink, even though there were three other people standing, talking to her while she made my drink. Which I would not have minded if I had gotten the drink I paid for.

Usually I love this beans, but when kris isn’t working the coffee is terrible and the baristas are mean. And all of their hair was down 🤮 give kris a raise i feel sorry he has to put up with them

Probably the slowest beans and brew in Utah! 35 minutes in the drive thru is insane.. I would of left if someone didn't pull in behind me. Take the extra 5 minutes and go to the one on 11400 South in Smith's parking lot
