Beans and Brews Coffeehouse

We just moved to the area and this beans has been amazing. They’re always so helpful and accommodating. The location is a great size and the lobby is always spotless. I used to work for beans in past years and I have to say, this location is by far the best. Thank you daybreak team !

Best location I've been to. Sierra always remembers my usual order when I come in and gets it started right away. 😊

Every other time I have been to this location, service has been great! Today the lady working the drive thru window really struggled with my order...regardless I still love Beans & Brews & the convenience of the drive thru!!!!

My latte wasn't foamed at all and was much heavier than a regular one. Im pretty sure they got my order wrong but the cashier confirmed it was an oat milk latte 🤷

Staff are so nice and coffee is amazing every time I come here. But I'm leaving this review because I'm very surprised at the quality of the sandwiches here. They're like... real! Not some "fast food" reheated Starbucks sandwich. Bravo, guys!

A big thank you to Jai an employee at this location. She was so incredibly nice and even gave me a company pen when I said I liked it!!! Our drinks were delicious too!!!

I am a regular at beans and brews. Its really one of my favorite coffee houses. However, every time I go to this location, it's been bad. I don't understand and I've given them the benefit of the doubt on several occasions. Because, let's be honest, it could just be the time of day. The coffee drinks are always terrible. Like water downed mop water on some occasions. I am so disappointed.

This is my first time coming to this location and I will be back! The lady helping me was so nice! I got the Lemon Chiffon Frozen Lemonade and oh my gosh it is so good! This could be dangerous because I already want to go get another one. I got my kids the strawberry frozen lemonade and my 5 year old let me know that he and his sister were “really enjoying their drink!”

I am an area manager for Cricket and I had to have a sales associate cover my shift because I was sick. I called beans n brews to have them make a coffee for her to say thank you. Carlos answered my call and I explained to him what was going on & asked if I could pay over the phone and she could grab it. Well not only did he offer to do this he offered to deliver it to her personally and take care of it! Being in the customer service business myself I know things can get hectic and crazy and for him to offer that is beyond exceptional! Thank you so much Carlos I definitely will be paying it forward!
