Beans and Brews Coffeehouse

Was glad to see another coffee shop fill the void from the previous occupant. Even though it's barely opened the place has blah vibes. Employees seem listless. As for the drink: my mocha seemed to have a chemical taste (I didn't become ill), wanted to throw it away. Chocolate muffin tasted like it was a week or two old. Music comes seemingly from behind the counter aimed away from the shop. B&B typically makes a decent grilled cheese sandwich (at their other locations)... I won't be coming back here to have one for the aforementioned reasons. Shame.

Blah food, only had dark roast or espresso, and they took forever to process and give me my order.
Not a place to go if you have things to in the morning. I had no on in front of me when I ordered and waited several minutes before the drive-thru window even opened to take my payment, and then another 10 minutes before I got my full order. For an americano and a microwaved bagel sandwich.
They are either seriously understaffed or really don’t understand that people go to a coffee drive-thru so they can continue their morning commute.

We had never been here before but our barista was extremely patient as we looked through the menu and added helpful suggestions including a customization for our toddler. Excellent service and the food was great. The B-Meat-Free sandwich with the pesto was super.
