One of my favorite stops for a latte. The staff are always friendly but they are also really skilled baristas. The coffee is great and there’s no bitterness in their espresso blend. I love the pastries too. All great portions and really stand out flavors. The ginger cookie is great but the chocolate chip is really nice as well.

Delicious! Ordered Matcha latte, latte (oat milk + brown sugar syrup) and coffee cake (cinnamon flavor). Coffee cake was moist and not too sweet, goes well with latte. Wonderful cafe.

Cozy atmosphere with great coffee. Inside space feels a bit tight, but there is outside seating as well.

Great coffee, at affordable prices! Really fun ambiance, and service is great as well. The place in general is a little bit cramped, so maybe don't count on finding a seat every time you go, but especially during the summer, the patio is great, and there's lots of good walking nearby. The interior, though, is gorgeous, and if you do manage to find a seat, you won't want to leave it all day 😁

Blue Copper serves a quality, delicious latte. My drink this morning cost $4.58 with tax. I believe that's cheaper than Starbucks so this is a no-brainer for me. I'll look forward to sitting on their patio when the temps increase. Note: not a ton of seats inside, so if you're looking for a place to work from either arrive early or plan on working from a countertop with stools / no outlet.

I recently visited Blue Copper Coffee Room in SLC and I have to say, I was blown away by their delicious ice mocha! It was the perfect blend of rich, creamy chocolate and smooth, refreshing coffee. Not to mention, the service was exceptional - the baristas were friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about their craft.
The atmosphere of the cafe was cozy and inviting, with plenty of seating options for individuals or groups. The decor was tasteful and stylish, without feeling pretentious or overwhelming.
Overall, I can't recommend Blue Copper Coffee Room enough. If you're looking for a top-notch coffee experience in SLC, this is the place to be. Five stars all around!

It's a truly cool little coffeeshop with an amazing ambiance! I just attempted their best seller coffee, and I really really love it. It's kinda extravagant so it was unique in relation to what I was utilized to. Yet, it was acceptable. I do wish there were more outlets however it's not so much their deficiency. The structure is quite little. Additionally the stopping here is huge for such a little spot. So finding a spot was no issue by any stretch of the imagination:)

This coffee shop used to be my favorites in SLC, I would usually buy a bag of beans to brew at home. But the last 5-6 bags of beans I have bought, over the span of the last six months have been absolutely awful and have been way over roasted and burnt and bitter. I will not be coming here again, such a shame.

Such a great Third Wave style coffee shop in Salt Lake City. Super sweet vibe with a great piano art piece. Knowledgeable and friendly Baristas. Americano and Latte on point... and the Cookies were off the chain! So good! If you’re looking for a cozy laid back environment this is a great place that also has some nice outdoors hangs.

Great atmosphere, excellent coffee, very friendly staff, and really great wifi. The menu has a drink called the "1 and 1" aimed at showcasing the taste of their espresso. It's fantastic.
