Great coffee! Small cozy place! Service was good as well

This is my go to coffee shop in SLC. Rotating options, friendly and professional staff, and expert roasting to create a quality cup of coffee. Grab a bag of locally-roasted coffee in addition to having a barista craft something from the menu. Don’t wait to try one or both shops. Run, don’t walk, to Blue Copper!

Okay, they had a great cereal. However, I was called out by the barista for bringing in coffee from another shop while I was in the process of buying something in order to not just mooch off their space without making a purchase. She was incredibly smug and seemed to not care at all that I was trying to make things right. My wife and I were trying out the shop because the previous coffee shop we were at was closing shortly and we wanted to try out a new potential work space. We won’t be returning, which is fine because the barista didn’t seem terribly happy that we were there anyway.

Great foam from the baristas. The cortados have been excellent in the past! I wasn’t as excited about my recent 12oz lattes. I found that the espresso roast flavor was drowned out by the milk. Also, drinks are a bit expensive compared to other shops of equal quality. About 1 dollar more for a 12oz latte.

My absolute favorite coffee spot in Salt Lake. Staff is always super friendly. Beans are my favorite for brewing at home. They are the only place I know of that does a 1+1 which is a spectacular way to see how milk changes espresso.

Delicious coffee and a GREAT local feel. The store is small. But I kind of like that. Really sends off the message that it's a hang out spot for Sunday mornings. Can't wait for their Marmalade location!

You'd think, with how pretentious the baristas girls are, they would make good coffee. Not the case. They were rude, and the coffee tasted over roasted, and very similar to wet cardboard. also, no single origin espresso? Some third wave shop! They also were not able to recommend anything at all, so it seemed they hate the coffee too. I will not be back. Good place for instagram pics though if you are social media influencer in the neighborhood!

This place is the best! Honestly, I can't even drink Starbucks coffee anymore after starting to go to Blue Copper. The baristas are so friendly, even early in the morning, and you can tell they love their job. Besides the coffee itself, the foam on the mochas and lattes is the best I've ever had.

I got an iced coffee and my friend had a regular black coffee. We both thought the coffee tasted horrible. It’s a good thing they have the inside closed for sitting, because the music they had playing would’ve driven us out anyway. We won’t be back.

Chai was great. Lemon poppyseed was even better!
