I'm usually okay with Black Rock but after my experience today with the girl at the window I won't be back. I worked in the coffee industry for 8 years during college and my 20s and I know how brutal it can be but her behavior was not merited.

The coffee was great, we did not like the muffins- they were too sweet for our likening, but apart from the sweetness the flavor in both muffins was good.
The service was fast, very fast.
When we got there their was only one clean table. With in 3-5 minutes they bussed and cleaned the tables.

This place is very laid back and nice. The coffee is delicious, better than Starbucks. My daughter loves the chillers here. Totally recommend this place.

Consistently amazing drinks! Unlimited varieties and customizations. More than anything the customer service is ALWAYS above and beyond amazing. The vibe is really cool. And the large inside area is quiet and spacious enough to get work done or sit and talk. I visit here multiple times a week and sometimes multiple times a day...... I've never been disappointed.

I caught a cold because I stayed there for three hours and it was FREEZING. And it wasn’t a one-time thing, I go often and is always too cold. Now I bring my puffy jacket and a scarf just to be inside working. Also, I find it true what other reviews say about the environment, last time the music was loud and annoying, it was some kind of fast techno beats and some overstimulating drum-and-base. I like the tables and couches in the lobby, they’re comfy, chic, perfect. The high ceilings and plenty of light would make it a good place to concentrate and study, but that music… and the temperature: the experience is half ruined. Also, don’t go on a Friday night if you want to study, but that’s on me for being a weirdo who studies on a Friday night. The drive thru goes fast and the baristas are extremely nice and friendly. The coffee is excellent and I would never ever buy Starbucks if there’s a Black Rock coffee close to me, I don’t recommend the green matcha latte though, that one’s better at Starbucks. They need to add more snacks to the menu because they only have buttery hyper caloric (but hyper delicious) bread.

My wife and I love this place. The coffee blows Starbucks away. He food is way better, same price, and way better variety. Staff are pretty cool and fast. This place stays busy so we only hit the drive through. Carmel blondie is my drink, give it a shot. I highly recommend trying this place, you won't be disappointed.

Better coffee and environment than Starbucks. Less choices, but amazing customer service. I forgot to order with a dairy alternative (cause I needed coffee to function!) and I tried to just buy a new drink when I got one with dairy and they insisted on making me a new one without paying for the replacement even though it was my mistake and not theirs! The replacement was delicious!
