I’ve only visited here twice so far, but both times I had a great experience! The first time, I went inside. The decor is nice! It seems like a good study spot. The second time, I went through the drive thru. The barista who took my order and payment was super friendly! I got an iced green tea with guava syrup. The drink was good, but the service is what will keep me coming back to this place! Definitely recommend.

Delicious coffee! Actually tastes like quality coffee unlike Starbucks. The employees are friendly and even though it was packed, I didn’t wait in the drive thru too long :)

Big and spacious, lots of outlets for computer/phone charging. Nice sturdy wood tables. Coffee is good too. A little chilly inside for my taste so maybe bring a jacket and long pants.

Black Rock Caffee is inviting! Makes your visit super special because of the fine dining experience, free wifi so you can work, study or do research. The menu is healthy, with a variety of delicious, refreshing drinks. I had a wonderful time there with my family 👪 ❤ 💕. There was a smile on everyone's faces, because it was so fun. The staff are all so hospitable. The atmosphere is humbling and serene with natural lighting. I recommend 👌 you take this girl or guy there if you want to start the day or have a semi private couple time together ✅ ↔️ 👉.

Move over Starbucks! Definitely have competition here. The iced caramel blondie here is the equivalent of the iced caramel macchiato at Starbucks, but it’s like the caramel is already infused in the drink and not strategically dripping down to the bottom of the cup. We love the pup cups!

Although the coffee is good, the service was horrible. I went with my family, including my elderly father who is almost 70 years old, and as we ordered from the cashier wearing an A&M sweatshirt, she made it very apparent that she was extremely bothered by my fathers questions about their coffee. As we paid for our coffee my father asked for a paper receipt, which this time she verbally stated how much of an inconvenience it would be for her to walk to another register for a recipe. The final straw was when the manager saw what occurred and appeared to tell the cashier that we were upset, in which the cashier responded “I don’t care.” Although it took a lot to bite our tongues due to the blatant and unwarranted rudeness to my elderly father, we just patiently waited to get our coffee and leave. I suppose my best piece of advice for any potential customers would be know what you want before you walk in the door.

The inside is really nice, seats about 30 if not more and there is outdoor seating. They been super busy as long as I have been here and the cars keep moving pretty quickly around the drive through. Overall a great first impression! 👍

Friendly atmosphere to do work in. I always have headphones with me, so I don’t mind whatever music they play here since I listen to my music. Coffee was exactly how I liked it; I ordered an Irish Cream. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. 4 stars because the shop echos like crazy. If you’re not wearing headphones you can hear everyone’s conversations.

You wind up standing at the counter for a few minutes before anybody even recognizes you. Then when you finally order you wait another 10 to 15 minutes for your drink. the slowest baristas. It's not early in the morning this is literally at 1:30 in the afternoon. absolutely no regard for their customers. Manager finally realized I've been waiting for so long made my drink and return my money without me asking so I appreciate that.

It was OK, the staff behind the counter were more concerned with their conversations between themselves than my order. A Café Americano shouldn't take 15 minutes to make at 3:30 in the afternoon.
