The food is atleast always good, but don’t bother with placing a Togo order on the app, even though it’s suppose to be quick, you’ll end up spending half of your lunch just waiting on your order then it leaves you with five minutes to eat. Past few times I’ve done it it took just 20 minutes for an employee to check on my order.

One of the worst Experiences ever. Waited over an hour to receive cold food and an incorrect plate. Staff was then rude as we refused to settle for the cold soup and spud. Do not recommend Weatherford McAllister's.

Waited 30 minutes at curbside pickup for my carryout order after I called and was told that he just needed to bag it. They brought out two orders to the people that pulled up after me but never mine. I had been on the road back home after thanksgiving and had animals in the car so I didn’t want to run inside. But once I decided to go in I found my order just sitting there (also noticed barely any workers wearing their masks right...) and the manager just handed it to me and didn’t even apologize or anything. I understand these things happen but when I customer comes in saying they are upset for waiting so long and you have no apology or really anything to say is ridiculous.

Been a dasher for nearly a year. I cannot think of the last time I went in here and the food was ready on time. Its almost always at least 10 to 15 minutes late. Always told, its being bagged. Well if it is then I guess they are back there actually making a bag and it takes all of them to make it. They don't use the area for to go orders and instead keep it behind the counter where we have to wait in line to get it which just wastes more time and makes cold food. No longer worth the tip when the order takes up nearly an hour due to wait times. Its a sandwich. Or in one orders case it was just a tea! Still 20 minutes.

Ordered online, order was ready 20 minutes late and they didn’t have some of the items we ordered so we were easygoing and substituted. Waited 20 additional minutes. Got halfway home (30 minutes away) and realized they forgot part of our order. I was sympathetic with the manager on the phone, I get it, 2020 has stunk big time for all of us. Turned around to get the missing items and manager Parker mentioned that he is “understaffed by 30 people and shouldn’t even be open right now” (how do 30 employees even fit inside? Where are they? Do they have COVID? If he thinks they shouldn’t be open why are they?) He was slightly rude and a bit aggressive about his own mistakes and now we have cold dinner that we waited an hour for. Fun times!

Good food and usually pretty quick if you order ahead online. Service is friendly and consistent. The line can get a little lengthy at lunch, and even ordering ahead doesn't guarantee a quick turn around time. Salads are sizable and enough for two. Some of their sandwiches are a little light on the filling, but you can always ask for extra toppings and they are happy to accommodate.
