I've always enjoyed the food. This was the first time at this location. I was happy to see they were open for in house dining and following Covid19 protocols. I had a chicken club sandwich with fresh fruit. I probably needed to get the Mac n cheese to fill me up but when we went shopping after I didn't feel hungry.

This McAlisters in Weatherford is the only McAlisters I’ve been to that doesn’t have a separate to go register. So basically you have to stand in line to pick up your order so it defeats the purpose of calling in an order or ordering online too. I even tried calling the curbside pick up when I got there which was 25 minutes after I placed my order & she said they would send someone out but absolutely no one is taking orders out to curbside. If you think you can call in an order or order online & pick it up even in a reasonable time, forget it. I finally had to go in, stand in line in the line for all the patrons placing orders to dine in since there is no separate to go line & so it was 35 minutes after I called in the order. When I asked the cashier about curbside, he said it’s only fir online & not call in but yet will I called when I got there & told them I have a curbside, she simply said, “It will be out as soon as it is ready”. Ugh! To go is just not worth it at this location. I never realized how efficiently the other locations really work. Soooooo much better at other locations

Every time i eat here they are always packed but only have one person on the register? Tonight I called a pick up order and there was literally only one person in the front while there was 15 people in the lobby waiting on food or service. Stayed in the line for 15 mins just to get an order I called ahead on. I understand being busy but when there are that many people waiting in a PANDEMIC there should be more to help people up front to move the line faster. Disappointed.

Food is mediocre at best. The price tag is ridiculous compared to portion size. Get better quality from Arbys. The bread is thin and mushy but still thicker than the meat on the sandwich. Strawberry lemonade is already made buy costs extra for strawberry puree that makes it over $3 for a drink that they actually make manually at Wendys for cheaper. Upset over the cleanliness of the restaurant .. My first time here and no tables had been wiped down at all that let any of them appear clean. The paper displays on the tables are splattered with other people's lunches and completely stained. The staff is all young and nobody was sweeping or bussing tables. It's a Tuesday and there were 3 tables full out of the entire restaurant. Not busy at all but even the cashier that greeted seemed unhappy to see us and annoyed by our first time glances over the menu. For $8 a sandwich I believe it is well overpriced and disgusting dining room. Very unappetizing to look into a kitchen and see messiness and people standing around chatting instead of making the restaurant clean. Won't be going back.

Ordered for take out. The place was busy but that didn't impact anything. Great, friendly customer service and staff, food came out quickly and was extremely delicious. This is one of my favorite places! Highly recommended even during busy hours!

no avocados on jalapeño turkey crunch, sad we didn't get the best part. don't advertise the ingredients if you aren't gonna put them on anyways.

The remodel of this restaurant is beautiful but completely dysfunctional and actually brought the (already lacking) level of service down. Today I called in an order, arrived to pay and pick up my order. They used to have a separate line for pick up orders vs walking in. Due to the remodel, you now must wait in line with the other dozen of people there to stay. There is a separate area for pick up orders but there is no information about what orders get placed there. There is no form or function of how the line should work, especially while trying to “socially distance” from other patrons. So today, with only 1 person working the registers at 12:00 (prime lunch hour), the line wrapped back around the bar height tables. I’m sure the people eating lunch at those tables were thrilled to be surrounded by a continuous line of random people waiting in line while they ate.... I will do my best to not be back at this establishment until they reorganize the front of their store and hire more staff to adequately service their restaurant.

Every time we go to the deli its a great experience. We usually grab and go from online ordering. But when we do dine in its always a great time. Foods always fast and fresh and on time. My wife and I really enjoy our local Weatherford McAlisters deli.

I am wildly impressed with the service we received during lunch today. They were busy, but every employee was at the top of their game. We had a slight issue with our order and no less than four people checked on us to make sure we were taken care of. Even more impressive, I didn't see a single person sneak a peek at their cell phone. This is exceptional service I rarely experience. Excellent, excellent job. Thank you.

Oh yes! I love McAlister’s. I eat at them any chance I get. This one didn’t disappoint either. Exactly like you’d expect. I liked the layout of the tables. It was nice to have everything divided so we could chat quietly. The food was great of course. We got served fast and it was generally clean even right after lunch rush.
