I ordered a Southwest Avocado chicken salad with extra chicken(+$3.00) for my mother who had a chemo treatment earlier in the day.
Got it home and it had no avocado and only 3.6gr of chicken. For a 14 dollar salad my sick elderly mother was hugely ripped off.
I contacted the company about it and offered to send a video of the salad and weighed out chicken. They ignored me. I have to assume this sort of rip off is business as usual for this company. I'll give bad word of mouth about this business every chance I get.
Edit: 08/14/2022 My coworkers wanted food from here so I ordered takeout for them. It took 28 minutes longer than the stated pickup time and we were shorted a bag of chips. Which is par for this business, I've had to wait over 40 minutes past the stated pickup time before, and one of my coworkers is so used to not getting the extra sour cream he orders for his spud, that he also orders ranch hoping he'll get at least one of the two condiments we ordered and paid for.
If you're like me, you've noticed the ability of restaurants to consistently get your order right has gone way down hill over the last few years. Check out my other reviews to see which Weatherford restaurants are consistently good, and which ones are likely to give you a bad experience after you give them your hard earned money.

This was our first visit to McAlister's Deli and we will probably visit again to try a few more sandwiches because the Cranberry Club was quite good. The soup was ok but it doesn't make me want to go back for soup...and I love soup. The Chicken tortilla had a few specs of chicken, the flavor was good but they clearly use a lot of corn starch or something similar to thicken with which gives the soup a canned or mass produced texture. The Broccoli Cheddar Soup was better and kiddo stole half the bowl. The Chicken Caesar was pretty good with plenty of well seasoned chicken. The Mac N Cheese was really really good, surprisingly so. Iced tea was bad and I think it is "The Weatherford Water" problem.

Food is always great. The staff were super nice and helpful! It wasn't extremely busy so the atmosphere was great as well.

I'm hoping that I just went on a REALLY BAD DAY! Yes the food was really good, service was good, however, I was a little scared to eat it. When I first walked in, the floor was filthy. It even had a cigarette butt on the floor next to the counter. I chalked that up to it being a windy day, after I started eating, I went to the bathroom which was disgusting. On my way back I noticed the rest of the restaurant was dirty, I didn't get pictures of the backs of the chairs but here are some others. I will not be back.

I've always liked the food and service has historically been good...not so much this time. Service was super slow and it wasn't that busy. I ordered the BLT. Good amounts of L and T but pretty skimpy on the B. And this is one of those premier sandwiches.

I have always enjoyed McAlister's. However, tonight I got the horseradish. roast beef on ciabatta. The roast beef was overcooked, dry and flavorless and there did not seem to be much on it. There was certainly not enough to balance with the size of the ciabatta. Was WAY too bready. Not giving up on McAlister's, just never gonna order the Horseradish Roast Beef again.

First restaurant review I have ever done in my 36 years. I'm can't describe how shocked I am at what I just received. The picture shows what they call a "side", basically 3 bites. The sandwich I got is half of what you get at Jimmy John's and way smaller than what they used to serve. They will never get another penny from me. They should be ashamed to even serve what I just got.

Thank you store 527 Weatherford, Texas. The store was clean, the bathroom was clean, and . Even in a winter storm the employee still showed up. They made the store feel just as if it was no storm. so thank you, carla, manager Kyle Great customer service it feels like Chick fil a.

I’ve always loved McAlister’s but after today I wont be back. I ordered about $25 worth of food and picked up my order from the pick up shelf. I didn’t think to check it because it’s usually right but when I got home I noticed I was missing half of my order. I live over 30 minutes away so I wasn’t going to go back so I called the store to see what they could do. Instead of refunding me for the items I was missing, they just offered me a coupon. I just feel like if you mess up someone’s order just refund them for the missing items. I wasn’t asking for a full refund or replacement, I just wanted a refund for what I was missing and all they wanted to do was give me a coupon when half of my order was missing. Not cool and you guys definitely lost a long time customer over this.

I ordered my to go meal at 11:10am. When I arrive in the to go line there was a gentleman in front of me. I waited in line for 10 minutes without a greet. Then there were two orders with the same name and they told me it wouldn't be ready until 11:45. Nicole finally got it straightened out and was kind enough to get me out the door but it was 17 minutes after I arrived. When I got to my daughter's school with her birthday lunch her order was wrong. Attach is the receipt and a picture of what we received. I'm very dissatisfied with the service at this location. Nicole was the only person that seemed to know what was going on. Being a small business owner, adapt employees are critical to having a great experience. In my opinion the to go line should have a dedicated person working that only because you have so much revenue to be made there.
