Ordered online for the office, it said it would be ready at 12:30. I left work to waste my lunch sitting in the lobby for over 30 mins. Huge bummer considering an entire office had to miss their lunch as well :( so much for skipping the line since everyone who went through the line got their order before any of the many people waiting for the online orders.

Got 2 of the pick twos the sizes of the sandwiches are smaller and my salad was supposed to have avocado on it and it didn't when I asked about it all they said is are avocados are bad one of the main things was that the salad came with avocado I wouldn't have ordered it if I had know and when I ask what they could do to make it write the girl said nothing really just stared at me the bread was dry on my other sandwich asked for the cheese for the salad on the side and got none

If you like waiting ten years for your food this is the place for you. Might get it quick if they only have one group in line. Lol yikes. Avoid at all cost at lunch time otherwise u will be waiting for everrrrrrrrr

I placed an online order- I chose curbside pick up - drove around the lot twice (thinking I had missed it the first time) and there are NO spots marked for curbside pick up. I went in the store, stood in line with everyone else and made it up to the counter. I was asked if it (my order) was on the shelves, I let her know there was nothing down there. I sat there 4t minutes waiting for my food. They came up to me numerous times asking my name. They need a better system when it comes to online orders. I understand being shorthanded but this experience is the worst I've ever had in a McAlisters.
Oh. And it looks like they just threw my sandwich together.

First time eating here, not impressed. We did takeout and it was very busy inside. So, I get it, they are going to be on their A game. But that's no excuse, for forgetting every minor thing. The food was all there, but no dressing for the salad, no pickle spears with the sandwiches, and there wasn't extra mayo. The food was similar to Denny's. Not bad but not worth the price, when you don't get the whole package. Maybe try a different location or not go on the weekends.

Be prepared to wait almost an hour. Even for a small order. This is the first and last time we come to this location. There were groups of people That came after us and they have received their food 1st to be honest I feel like they've forgotten ours and they've forgotten something in our order.

Superb quality, but BEWARE the bread bowl for your soup. Order the bread separately or you will be disappointed. The floor manager quickly and courteously corrected the imbalance and made it a great dining experience. Will I go back? FOR SURE!!! IT'S GOOD STUFF!!

This place is ridiculous. Every time we order Togo/ delivery there are mistakes. Sodas all carbonation and not fit to drink, missing half a wrap, greedy with pickles! The prices aren’t cheap and can’t include a pickle? And if you ask for them the manager is rude! Based on the terrible attitude I can tell the management is the problem here because the Fort Worth location is WAY better.

We got here after we received the notice that our food was ready and it wasn’t, still here waiting. The person putting the orders together is extremely rude, doesn’t care and is purposely moving slow and when she does put the order up to go she tosses the food up there like it’s about to bite her. This is the worst place and I’ll never come here again and will tell everyone I know in Weatherford about this experience! Your better off going next door to McDonalds.

Had to wait a fairly long time to put in our order because there was only one register open for a long time but there was also a "now hiring" sign posted so they seemed short staffed. The food was VERY good and although the young lady helping us with tea refills seemed very new and like she was still learning the ropes, she was also courteous and willing to serve guests. Fairly clean tables at 2:30 in the afternoon but might could have used someone doing a once over in the dining area since it was busy and napkins/crumbs got left on a few tables. Other than that, everything was great! Good job y'all!
