Food was fast and decent. Only complaint was of the manager Kyle, being one of the most rude and confrontational managers I’ve ever seen. He would walk around the restaurant muttering rude things about customers he did not like. Two children, CHILDREN, walked in and he greeted them asking how they were. They didn’t respond so he said it louder and they responded politely. Kyle proceeded to walk around the dining room complaining about “when someone speaks to you then you better stop and listen and acknowledge you rude little brats.” Very concerning for a grown man to talk about children this way among other paying customers. His attitude completely ruins the atmosphere for this location.

Brian and the Valvoline Team showed excellent customer service and communicate with the customer very well.

Terrible service 5-6 employees just standing there talking to each other instead of acknowledging me then when another employee came out she actually acknowledged me asking if I’ve been helped, and then I was there to pick up a sweet tea it wasn’t sweet then the female employee gave my wife issues being hesitant to fix the drink order. We were very patient and asked nicely for the issue to be resolved and the kindness was not reciprocated.

Had the BLT+Avacado, and mac n cheese. It was really good and fresh.

This location by far has the absolute worst pickup order process. We showed up to pick up our order that was placed and it was supposed to be ready at 12:30. My husband stood in the lobby as there was no bag at the pickup counter with his name on it. He waited for well over 30 minutes *past* the pickup time. When he was finally able to talk to someone working the counter, they walked into the back and nonchalantly placed our cold, soggy order that was ready 40 minutes prior on the counter and was like “I guess somebody that made drinks didn’t put it on the counter”. After reading the manyyyyyyy 1star reviews (don’t let the 4 star overall fool you, this location is awful), you’ll notice numerous people having the same complaint. It’s frustrating to place an order for pickup and watch people come inside, sit down, eat their meal and leave all while yours sits in the back and gets cold. If you can’t support pickup orders in a relatively timely manor, then maybe consider not offering it. I can assure you, we won’t be wasting our money by coming back.

Best restaurant I’ve been to. Ms. Miriam was very nice & patient, the customer service was great, food was delicious, & the wait wasn’t long at all. Definitely going back soon!!!

Miriam is one of the managers at this locating and she was super amazing. She listened to my order gave be excellent recommendations . I found something different I like when I come next time (Savannah Salad ) . Her staff was amazing my server took care of all my needs and the lobby and bathrooms were amazing. I will definitely come back again. For the service.

This is the best McAlister's anywhere. The staff is always so friendly. They are quick with your order although they are always swamped. The food is always perfect down to every last detail.

Too slow! If you get a to go order, you better call in advance or you will be waiting a very long time for your food. This reastaurant needs to be more efficient, because customers should not have to wait an excessive amount of time when they already called their order in advance! Please choose Firehouse Subs instead!
