McAlister's Deli

My family came here on Easter Sunday before noon and wow! The last time we came we had excellent service but today everyone went above and beyond.

For starters the place was very clean and the staff was smiling and friendly from the moment we walked in. They were patient while we decided what to eat and made conversation and connected with us as their guests.

They all we're working hard and enjoying each other's company the entire time we were there.

Eddy made sure the lobby was spotless and was out on the floor cleaning the whole time we were there! He was quick to grab our plates when we finished.

Rick came to check on us and noticed one of our sandwiches wasn't as perfect as it should've been. We weren't going to fuss about it since it was edible. He went and talked to the kitchen and came back with the same sandwich made correctly this time and apologized on their behalf. He also was prompt at getting to go boxes and so polite!

Honestly as a company if you had a clone machine I would recommend getting a Rick for all of the Mcalister's locations. Overall we had a wonderful lunch and will be returning in the near future!

This location has struggled in the past but is thriving at the moment, We appreciate the staff and managers because what you are doing is working. We are very happy customers!

The customer service here is incredible! Carla helped us navigate the menu and make some incredible selections. The Brookie (brownie + cookie) was my absolute favorite. YUM! Kendrick brought out our meal to the table and even gave us a treat for being first time guests! Rick came around periodically to make sure we had full drinks and anything else we needed.

The food was fresh and delicious! The French dip and potato salad were fantastic. Highly recommend checking out McAlister’s Deli if you haven’t yet!

Love the Spicy Turkey Melt!! Loaded with a spring mix, fresh tomatoes, bacon, avocado, and a spicy chipotle ranch. The bread is always fresh! Ordering through the app saved about 20 minutes of wait time. The Weatherford store is always friendly! Great place to dine in or take out!! Yum!!! Update-went back on Free tea day and they were busy! And still my order was processed quickly, the food still fresh, the service excellent, and the tea unbelievably good. We got the 1/2 1/2 Tea with Peach purée and a lemonade tea-both outstanding!

Great place to stop by and grab lunch or dinner! We got the half spud half salad, the McAlister's wrap and the kids Mac and cheese with fruit and a cookie (kids meals are only $1)

I wanted to do this last night but got really busy. The food was amazing as always. But I have to say the lady taking care out your orders was so kind, helpful, funny and sweet. Every time we come in there she has a smile on her face and a warm greeting for customers. She’s always happy to see them, even the ones who I’ve seen give her a hard time. She smiles and tells everyone to have a blessed day. Thank you for for having people like this in your store. I wanted to take the time to recognize Melissa and let her know we appreciate her and hopefully you do as well.

Great food, service and atmosphere, but they seem to never clean their highchairs. Babies deserve a clean place to eat just as much as adults if not more due to their immune systems. Even if you mention it to employees or the manager, they still don't clean them. They at most will give you a rag or wipe down one at your table if you ask for a rag.

We came in at the very beginning of a rush today. Rick and the rest of the team were incredibly nice and helpful. Rick came around after we got our food and made sure we were okay and got us drink refills when our drinks were empty. Even though it got pretty busy/crazy because they seemed short staffed, everyone was amazing!

Fantastic customer service. When we were needing something Mr. Richard or Mr. Eddie were right there to take care of us. Mr. Richard is very detailed oriented and went as far as picking the tiniest bit of trash to make sure our experience was clean and inviting. You can tell he takes pride in managing that store.

Went there for lunch before leaving. Ordered pieces of cheesecake to go. Regular cheesecake is what I ordered. I drive 30 mi home. Come to find out it's some kind of chocolate. Something that I didn't order. I call back up to speak to the manager. Not willing to do anything about it. Terrible service staff is lazy. The guy at the register had so much dirt under his fingernails. It was disgusting

Our food was delicious! Prepared quickly and exactly as ordered. Looking forward to eating at McAlister's again!
