McAlister's Deli

Menu said grilled chicken which made me think it was fresh cooked to order, Nope it turns out to be processed chicken like the packets you buy at the market for ur kids lunch bag pre-sliced and pre cooked and then thrown on a grill, Over priced and deceiving menu.

We ordered 35 meals for a rehearsal lunch. It didn't seem like enough, and we're told that's all. We had enough for everyone to get a long club sandwich some veggies a roll-up and chips, with a few left over for the groomsmen. I got a call coming home that we didn't get the other half of our sandwiches. A very nice young man apologized, offered to cut our payment in half, keep the sandwiches, gave us 4 free meals and delivered or sandwiches to our house with a huge appology. Not happy about the mistake, but we survived and serverved the sandwiches later before the wedding. Which helped hungry youngsters and wedding party. I am Giving 5 stars because of the wonderful way this mistake was taken care of, more than fairly. Martha Holmes Wheeler, Dora Jones.

The tea is my go to especially during the spring and summer when I need something to drink. I tend to get a McAlister club and Ceasar salad or half a potato combo. Always huge portions and made freh.

I ordered a door dash and had to throw away over half my sandwich because it had nasty old lettuce in it..

I would like to say how amazing the food is at McAllister's Deli in Weatherford, TX. It is such a treat to go there. More so, one person I would like to thank for always having the best attitude and runs such a great team is Homar Garcia. He is the general manager. He has such a positive attitude and amazing people skills. He has gone the extra mile for my wife and I to ensure we were well taken care of. For Homar, I think he just has an internal drive that makes him stand out and try to be the best person he can be each day. It's a rare thing so I always feel obliged to say something when I find someone, especially in the service industry, who goes that extra mile. I really appreciate him and, no doubt, the positive influence he has on his team. I hope he has a long and successful career; he deserves it.

The food is always fresh and right. This is a favorite of our family’s.

I love this food chain, but I really like this location. It is always clean and fast and friendly. Yum 🤤

Sat in a corner booth & got ignored the entire time. The sandwich was DRY & the people were obnoxious. Resorted to stuffing the rest of my sandwich in my chip bag. The manager even asked the girl across from me if she wanted a refill TWICE! Thanks for some lame ass service!

This place is a tradition when we are back home. Great food,Fast and friendly.

As a former manager, I am absolutely appalled. Slow and poor service. The guy at the register along with what looked like his trainer both seem like they may be on drugs. Took 15 minutes to ring in 2 meals. Couldn’t redeem my points because he didn’t know how and didn’t give me a receipt. Horrible experience.

Update: just left. Couldn’t finish my meal because my boyfriend went to the bathroom and saw one of the cooks walk out without washing his hands. Absolutely disgusting. I dropped my fork and we left without finishing. Will not be back.
