The RV Park has full hook ups and that’s the good thing. The rest was pretty terrible and outdated. Power went out while we were there and two of our five days we didn’t have water either. The bathhouse was locked three days out of 5…I assume because of the water issue for two of the days but not sure what was up the last day. No signs explaining the restroom closure. Additionally, only one of the two coin operated showers in the women’s bathroom is working…when the bathroom is open at all. The laundry facility is a joke. Less than half the machines work and those do not work well. Expect to spend 30 min or more at the gas station pumping gas because the pumps run like they are from the 70s. Almost always a line at the gas station, which is also your view from the RV Park. Some of the employees were nice, some not so much. By far my least favorite park since we started our travels.
The plus side is that it is close to Big Bend and Big Bend is amazing. Go to the hot springs!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were definitely outdated and the place could use some repairs. Hopefully the new ownership will spend some money remodeling. Bed was comfortable and the breakfast at the restaurant was great. Prices for everything were a little high, but no more than expected next to a national park in the middle of nowhere. Will probably come again.

They are so friendly here & do their best to meet your needs but they have limited resources. They have a new owner so it may spruce the place up. The rooms are very worn & dusty. The location is perfect though. Big Bend NP is fabulous!

Location is 5 miles from. Big Bend National Park and about a mile or so from the only grocery store in the area. Rooms are is need of updates. Staff was not overly welcoming. The manager lady was extremely rude. The adjacent convenience store and the only gas station for 80 miles was nice. Restrooms are located in the laundry area of the motel and RV park right behind. I would rather stay somewhere that has less rude staff and no cigarette filled ashtrays upon entering a room that was supposedly cleaned. The bed sheets were clean, but looked like a 3 year old made the bed. I will not be staying here in the future.

Camping spots were very reasonable. Only problem was they advertised laundry but wouldn't let us use it because of other guest causing problems. All I wanted to do was wash a few clothes after a long motorcycle ride. Other than having to pay $2 per 6 minutes of shower time, which was a first for me, we had a good experience. The staff was friendly and the location was convenient.

Spent two nights first week of April, me and my wife, and have mixed thoughts of this place. Location is very good, just minutes from Big Bend West entrance. It's dated and rooms shows signs of wear and tear all around. Room A/C was working properly, but the room lacked a microwave oven and fridge. The bathtub drain got clogged everytime we used it, and the toilet got clogged as well if you use it after having a shower. Lastly, it lacked thoroughly cleaning. See attached pictures.

We booked our two rooms weeks ahead. When we got to Big Bend Resorts and Adventures, our rooms were unavailable. Turns out the new owners/managers are causing the employees to quit and leaving guests stranded. The guy at the customer service counter acted like he was thinking about quitting also. Sounds like they need managers with actual working brains.

Stayed in trailer hook up. No cable everything thing was ok. No shade but it is in the desert. Have to pay to use the showers. The restaurant connected to the gas station was better than expected. Really liked the quesadillas.

Worst hotel experience of my life. They inappropriately ran $1500 in charges on my card and I'm still fighting with them. They keep deflecting me to Aramark (parent company) who have no effective communication with the "resort". If you have a problem, front desk will direct you to the parent company in Arizona. Staff have no accountability. I'd sooner camp in a tent then stay with these hacks. There are other options.

My experience has nothing to do with staying at this establishment but rather delivering goods to them. They are always helpful and ready to work towards a common goal, taking care of their guests. So if you haven't given them a try, I suggest that you do.
