Good as any coffee shop. Starbucks is more comfortable and slightly cheaper. Coffee is tasty. Go ahead and come in. It's a safe choice if not top notch.

Literally, the blonde is my new addiction. On my way to work. Super yummy. I use the drive-thru and typically spend 15 minutes waiting. The coffee is worth it. Only been twice.

I actually don't drink coffee all that much but my wife absolutely loves this place.

Taking a stop here after our weekly breakfast and before we go shopping is part of our routine now.

Everyone that works at this place is awesome, great customer service and my wife always loves the coffee.

Also a much better and easier to use rewards system then what other popular Seattle based mermaid branded coffee shops have.

Nice spot to study or do some remote work.
Got the Caramel Truffle Chiller and it did not disappoint, it has expresso so it has the right amount of sweetness and coffee. 8/10 recommend

Friendly staff. Love the setting and interior design very modern and delicious smoothies and cookies. It’s cool, I will definitely visit again.

Wasn’t impressed the last 2 times I went. To the management, I would recommend dress codes for your employees. Customer service could vastly improve. It wasn’t that busy this morning but the managed to mess up my order which another employee caught. That’s fine, nothing is perfect, however it all just seemed very chaotic. An improvement in customer service would look like handing your customer their order with a friendly demeanor and a thank you. Placing the coffee in front of me, not making eye contact and just walking away doesn’t encourage me to want to come back.

This place is the bomb. There are so many good flavor options for both coffee and their fuel energy drinks. I personally always get fuel, and recently tried their banana flavor. This is a SLEEPER flavor and is absolutely delicious and refreshing. The service is always so friendly and polite. You will also pay around the same price as Starbucks. If you want coffee or energy drinks GO HERE!

Absolutely amazing! I'm kind of picky because I love the taste of espresso in my coffee. They just opened and they have it down as precise as it gets. By far the best coffee I have ever had in my life and it's about a mile or two away from me. Thank you so much!

Excellent customer service! Every time I come here they are in a good mood and are happy to serve you. Polite, thoughtful, and courteous. Plus the coffee is amazing!
