Scooter's Coffee

Obviously, I cannot go here every day because I do not make money like a millionaire. But every once in a while is good. Their coffee is great and the customer service is even better. Every time I have gone and they have always had a smile on their face, and they are always happy. Even when it is dark in the morning. I got a large, hot caramelicious which is absolutely phenomenal! It is a bit pricey at $6.43 for a large, but like I said, it is once in a while, not every day. These locations are popping up everywhere, and I can say that regardless of the location I go to the people are always nice and that’s what keeps me coming back.

So I live near a Scooters and I enjoy the coffee but I recently tried to use the phone app and I'm not happy. All a coffee shop needs to do to be successful is copy Starbucks and either be a bit better or cheaper. Scooters does neither. The reason I use the Scooters app 5 min before arriving is so I can quickly grab my drink and go without waiting on the barista. Instead the company thinks it's a good idea to Waite until you arrive to start making the drink. NEWS FLASH!!! THATS A TERRIBLE IDEA! Make the drink when I place the order like Starbucks.

It's ok the blended mochas don't taste like other scooters I've been too. I think since it's new they are still learning to make the drinks.
