Great hospitality but plenty of nitpicking opportunities - inexplicable absence of labels when two or more cups are ordered, no description of beans or roast that are being used and just token (not even warmed prior to service) choices for solids.

Liked the diverse seating options and, of course, liked the drinks but wished that the hot ones had a slightly more elevated temperature and the cold ones were a little bit easier with ice. The request for light drizzle was fully complied with enhancing the experience.

Above all the Staff were furthest away from monotonic robots that are all too common with the larger chains. Good choice for a pit stop.

Marginally pricier than competitors; not sure whether that is management strategy to ahead of inflation and bean futures but obviously lends itself well to ensuring that customer experience remains a business priority and not a cash cow.

Small cafe with good ambience, servers are really nice and charming, service is good and place is cozy. Good menu and the Irish coffee tastes good. Good for hangouts and meetings . Place is small but pretty, seats are limited and no outdoor seating still like it due to the taste, service and friendly staff.

A nice coffee place with welcoming ambience. Tried a cappucino and it tasted perfect. The seating area is cozy and calm. Good and quick service. Restrooms were super clean. Overall a perfect to stop for coffee and quickies en route.

We like this place. It has nice service with good coffee and friendly environment for study and remote work. But it is a little pricey. We had Caramel Blondie and Caramel Truffle! Yummy!

It was my first time. I went outside of my box and got a iced mocha instead of a mocha Frappuccino. It was good. When I walked in the atmosphere seemed chill and inviting. The prices are good and the staff was on point.
UPDATE: I visited again and I was impressed on how fast and how wonderful my drink looked and taste.

Good experience. Didn’t try my go-to cap because they labeled it cap/latte and those are two different things. I frankly didn’t trust them to make me a proper cap (8oz with skill, not just foam piled on top). But I ordered a cold brew, black, and theirs is fantastic.

The place looks great and has plenty of seating. I could definitely camp out here drinking cold brew all day.

I really love their coffee! Some of my favorite in the area, however their service recently (within the last month really) has not been the same. I have had 2 frustrating experiences in their drive through including today where I waited in line for about 10 minutes in the morning for a coffee while all those in front of me get their drinks (pretty reasonable no big deal). However when I get to the intercom I’m greeted with “give me one minute” while I wait there with a stack of cars behind me for 6 minutes before I just pulled off. The entire drive through in front of me was entirely clear, just overall a frustrating experience.

Excellent drinks and better prices than Starbucks! Highly recommend the Iced Mexican Mocha.

Unfortunately, I am changing my 5 star review to a one star. They are starting to go downhill. The last 3 times we went we paid with cash, we asked the drive thru worker if we could put in our phone number for rewards ( free drinks) and they both said ( twice we had the same girl) your rewards number is on the card. How can our rewards number be on the card when we paid cash? Are they keeping the reward points for themselves? Also, this last time we had to ask the young lady for our change back after she gave us our drink. Did she automatically think I was giving a $3.00 tip. Very disappointed lately.
