Dutch Bros Coffee

The wait time here can be 10+ mins - DO NOT stop by this place if you are in a rush. Even when you think it will NOT be slow, they will prove you wrong. The guys working here are amazing 🤩 and the product is amazing! But take 20 mins to get your coffee ☕

Come on.. you guys can do better. My only issue is that after waiting in the drive-thru for almost 20 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me, the cashier asks if I want to leave a tip ?? Freaking no way. Improve your wait time before asking customers for a tip. Walk up window is even slower. Turn off the music and get customers taken care of !!

Last time I went I got a double torcher and all they gave me was milk and it tasted like it too. It was so bad I had to pour it out. I guess I could have used it for cereal. Usually it’s been strong and is a darker coffee color and looks exactly like the picture on the menu. It was so white when the girl at the window gave it to me I had to ask if she was sure it was mine. Other than that it’s always been great but this left a bad taste in my mouth for a 5 dollar coffee. Next time I may just go get a half gallon of milk at Kroger for a couple bucks.

Their crew is remarkable! Their customer service is top notch! Always friendly and engages in small conversation while you wait! Have yet to catch anyone on a bad day! Keep it up, customers will keep returning! :)

If you are going to have 2 drive thru lanes make sure you rotate lanes and bounce between the both. I sat in the 2nd line for 10 minutes while the associate helped 3 cars in the 1st lane.

The staff and the drinks are killer! The owner was very nice to chat with while our drinks were being made and the customer service their is great!

Dutch Bros has a great, yummy selection and an amazing, energetic group of people.

I’d give it five stars but avoid the walk up window. They prioritize the drive thru so both times I’ve walked up I’ve waited just as long out in the heat with two people in front of me as I would have in a much longer line in my air conditioned car. Drinks and prices are great though.

My go to drink is picture perfect. It's more of a sweet treat than coffee. Can't have this very often!

Love love Dutch brothers but this location is SO SO SLOW. 20 minutes in line today to get a drink. Only 5 cars ahead of me. The staff is nice and friendly but just be aware if you’re in a hurry or time schedule. Not your place to stop.
