Dutch Bros Coffee

Been coming here almost everyday. Didn't want to stand in the drive thru so I did a walk up order. They cleared all the cars before my order. She said they went in order but I saw 3 cars pull thru and get their orders before me. Didn't apologize or anything. Will not be coming back.

The humans that work here are absolutely amazing. They spend time making relationships with customers, taking time to customize and inform customers of drink options upgrades and help them create preferences. They HUSTLE to get the long lines through and they do it with patience and grace. The morning crew is always on point even in the dark hours. I've been a fan and frequented this location since it opened and it's gotten better and better each month!

Unfortunately, not a “coffee” place. And i was excited to try!! No coffee flavor in any of our drinks and I got an americano with cream. Tasted like water with a drop of coffee. Unfortunately, she didn’t know what “drip” coffee was. For people who like sugar with caffeine not coffee.

Great treat either during the day, or on my way to work at night.
Fun ,friendly young staff. Buy very professional. Great taste.

Nice friendly staff, however they don't show me the tip giving screen on their tablet, which makes me assume they immediately give themselves a tip % of their choosing for doing their jobs!? Tip culture is cancer. Anywho music can sometimes be overwhelming as well, but i digress drinks are great😃👍

Drinks are always so delicious. I will always get the golden eagle freeze, even if it's 30 degrees outside. The staff is so nice and friendly. Kudos to the guy outside taking drink orders by himself. Get him some hand warmers cuz even I can't handle being outside all morning running back and forth between both lanes taking drink orders. A young lady she was at the window giving ppl their drinks. She was so sweet and bubbly. She asked if I was a fruit what would I be. I said dragonfruit. Her surprised expression to my explanation why i chose that fruit definitely brought a smile. She said she is gonna use that for her senior year quote. I said go for it. She also said to keep spreading my wisdom. That really made my day. Amazing team you have there. Keep up the great work.

Terrible. I usually order back home and it’s always great but this one, baristas don’t know wth they’re doing. Tasted like a cup of milk, they remade it and loaded my cup with ice and milk. Ordered the golden eagle

Beyond slow. I have to plan an hour in advance just sit behind 4 cars. Its two minutes from my house so youd think itd be a simple and easy place to go but not at all. Everytime ive gone so far (mid day, morning, or night) there has been no linebusters outside and i have waited forever just to get up to the window and order for them to take another 10 minutes to make my drink. Way slower than other dutch bros and for no reason. I end up driving another 20 minutes to a different one and finish there and get back before this one even gets to the cars i would have been behind.
