Gainz Bakery Cafe & Prepared Meals

Started KETO Few months ago for a medical reason and had hard time with missing treats and desserts Gainz bakery makes the best low carb desserts, I don't know how they do it, the sugar cookie tasted surreal today. I was in cookie heaven without the guilt.

The service was fantastic. I'm glad we went. We tried four different keto desserts and our favorite was the strawberry cheesecake pudding. Definitely will be back there for more!!

I’ve been here several times and always try something new. Literally everything I’ve had from here has been amazing! Their low carb options don’t even taste low carb because they’re so yummy!

Got a breakfast sandwich. I thought $10 was pricy but it was solid. I added bacon and avocado and it came with 2 eggs. Very good. I'll definitely come back to try more on their menu

Never actually been here in store before because I live in Maryland but based on all the vegan liberal tears shed they deserve nothing short of 5 stars. Gainz Bakery babyyy!!!!

Always a must whenever i come to this area. Ive been watching them grow over the years and it only gets better and better . This place let me realize that i could make my diet manageable and i am currently 123 lbs down from my heaviest. Thanks GAINZ BAKERY

Update: be aware they close the grill at 3pm and only sell desserts till closing.

Amazing people, amazing food, delicious Keto/gluten free desserts!! What more could you ask for.. Oh ya they will also help you reach your fitness goals with coaching!! One stop shop! I've been working with Ross for ten weeks now and am amazed at my transformation! Every time I look in the mirror I can't believe it's me! I just have to mention that the baked goods are bomb!! Other "Keto" bakeries I've tried have that cooling effect.. These do not.. They are so good!!
