Gainz Bakery Cafe & Prepared Meals

Absolutely the best customer service and people who truly care about you and your goals! They are super helpful and make eating healthy a lot easier!! Sometimes they get busy with orders but is always trying there best to get food in and out!! Best place in New Braunfels!

My first time here and everything was amazing! Got extra food for the week(we live 4 hours away) and a variety of things to try ,even the sauces! Thank you for being so patient with us as we couldn't decide! 🙂

I've worked for businesses owned by family and businesses owned by friends, so the frustrations with my experience come from believing people should be treated a certain way. I didn't receive that treatment.
I had to wait quite a bit just to be greeted because the person behind the counter was joking with another employee. I'm all about a great work environment, but at least pause to acknowledge a person's existence when they're trying to bring in business.

I asked about the menu and was told everything is good. I would hope it is! A little more effort into explaining the detail of the meals/flavors would've been appreciated.

When it was time to pay the screen was placed in front of me to slide my card, no big deal at all. Then the person behind the counter continued her conversation. Again, no big deal. I slid my card, left a tip, left a signature, and walked out of the door. The entire time the same conversation was still going on. The employee never broke her attention to give any acknowledgement that I left. If showing up to a business interrupts conversation hours, then I'll not show up.

Coincidentally, my girlfriend messaged on Instagram to ask about their hours and was told that they're listed on Google. So is it an issue to ask for details via social media? Why aren't the hours listed there? I didn't go to this location because I lack knowledge, time, or energy when it comes to meal prepping. From leading physical fitness programming in the military, to having my CrossFit Level 1 certification, to a kinesiology degree... I'm well aware of my resources when it comes to eating healthy. I went to Gainz to support local business; to support someone that's chasing their dream.

In person I was made to feel like I didn't exist, and online my girlfriend is talked to like she's an idiot. Rather than googling the hours for this restaurant I googled other local meal prep services in the area. I'll be spending my money at those locations from now on.

I went here today not really knowing anything about the place. I was a little concerned that they only had one vegetarian meal option but I ordered it, the veggie protein bowl. It wad DELICIOUS and very filling! Yum!

I love the food and how unique the menu is. I just really feel out of place when I go pick up my food. A woman was waiting for her food and just kept staring at my child and I like as if we didnt belong there. Made me feel really out of place but the staff is very sweet.

Delicious and macro friendly! Super friendly and helpful people! I love that they are constantly changing up the menu, it keeps things fresh! Goes to show that healthy food can be delicious too!

Clean, fresh food. Excellent service. Online or call in orders for curbside pick up. Their chipotle sauce has become a staple item in our kitchen!

These guys are doing incredible work changing lives and making New Braunfels healthier! Their service is quick and their food is delicious. 10/10 recommend becoming a regular here!
