Gainz Bakery Cafe & Prepared Meals

Just stopped in to this gluten-free bakery to try it out. The biscuits taste great - I liked both of them they had, a chive one and a jalapeño one but the jalapeño was my favorite. Tastes MUCH better than most gluten-free breads. Give em a go!

Wonderful experience each time I have eaten here. I have received exceptional service each time! Especially enjoy their breakfast sandwiches, protein coffee and their lunch bowls.

Honestly the best place for sweet, guilt free Keto treats and meals. The owners are always SO NICE, not to mention hilarious! Love this place! So worth the drive down from Austin!

Tried this place out today, and hot the power biscuit with avocado and bacon.. It was amazing. Definitely, going back. Prepared meals available to take how, got the chicken plobano quesadilla. All keto or paleo and super tasty.

The first time I heard about Gainz was through social media and found out that it was a keto-friendly gourmet kitchen and bakery. I was excited to see for my own self. Only 25 minutes away from San Antonio. When I first entered the place it was very clean and the owners were very helpful and friendly. Ross came up to asked what I like to have and I was confused at first so he suggested I tried their breakfast on a keto bun. I wasn't disappointed at all. Took home some extra keto buns and cupcakes. Ever since I have visited gainz when visiting New Braunfels or just passing through and Elaina and Ross have always treated me and others with much love and respect. Thanks, guys for satisfying my healthy lifestyle. Customer for life!

Amazing Sauces Ross and Elania truly are some of the hardest working people who legitimately care about there customers. I would suggest going when they are actually open so you can enjoy there food instead of trying to go into a closed business after hours then crying about it when you cant. You wont regret stopping by here

This place is so great! Trying to stay on course and eat heathy is hard, but this place really helps me stay on track. The have these awesome chocolate muffins that are under 100 calories and lots of other delicious sweet treats that won’t wreck your diet. I’m also a huge fan of their rush hour shake. It’s basically Low cal/carb frappacino 💗! I’m impressed with the creativity and taste with their stuff! On point every time 👌🏻

I am SOLD! I've been ordering their simple fit meals, and they are sooo delicious! I love their homemade sriracha maple vinaigrette! Bakery items are a plus! Definitively give Gainz Bakery a try!

This was a very unpleasant shopping experience. We will not return. We are in Austin a few days a week, so access to healthy pastries is not a problem, but we thought we would shop local and support this small business. Sadly, RAYMOND, was very rude, unfriendly, and pretty much demonstrated that he didn't care if we were there or not. Actually, it felt more like he would rather we not be, even though we spent a pretty decent amount on pastries. From entry to exit, his demeanor and answers to our questions were both condescending and vague. We are very knowledgeable on healthy ingredients. We were not asking for an explanation of the ingredients, but only to make sure that our selections had the ingredients we prefer. No, we haven't tried the pastries, but based on our experience, taste doesn't matter. We couldn't wait to get out of there. If the bakery replies, it will probably be something like, "Sorry you felt that way. Just don't come back." Similar to replies to other "rude" reviews. Good idea. We won't.

Reply: The details of the particular ingredients are not the issue. Like I said, we can get healthy items elsewhere. Also, I use many apps. I've worked as a programmer and I'm quite tech savvy. However, we still have a generation or two that is not. So the fact that your response is to send me to an app is in itself not good customer service. HELP your customers' with their questions and at least act like you appreciate their business. Good luck surviving after another health conscious bakery opens up in the area. Hmmm, that's a thought. Possible business opportunity there to ponder.
