Best bakery in that town. The owners are super friendly and make the freshest and tastiest meals!! If I could give 10 stars I would!!!

I love this bakery! The keto baked goods taste good and are good for you (in moderation). Good luck eating in moderation, though. Too many temptations!

Their food and sauces are diet friendly but also taste AMAZING which is hard to find. Highly recommend you try this place.

Drove in from San Antonio to visit a friend..took my dog for a walk and noticed Gainz Bakery...they have an excellent menu so decided to order dinner... For my friend Becky and I... We had the Crustless Chicken pot pie with chicken breast...woke up about 3am in the morning sick to my stomach... Horrible cramps... Chills fever... Didn't think nothing of it until I saw my friend in the morning ... She went on about how sick she got and threw up her dinner right before going to bed... It was definitely the chicken from the crustless pot pie... I went to emergency room told me it was food poisoning... Becky was able to throw up within minutes after eating...not a healthy place to eat will never eat their again... Your chicken isn't safe to eat... Drowning your food with ingredients doesn't make it healthy... When the chicken is spoiled...

Not the response I was expecting, perhaps an apology... We are all human and make mistakes ... But to blame it on someone else to cover your own... Is not professional ...I live in San Antonio TX... Was visiting your small but yet beautiful City.... I do not know a Mr James Long...
